Elegant three-rooms apartment of about 65 square meters, located in Lazise, about 1200 mt from the historic center and the beach. The apartment is located in a small and quiet apartment complex, can accommodate up to 5 people and has a bright living area with a spacious kitchen equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. The living area is also equipped with a foldaway French bed, a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning. Spacious double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds.

Bathroom with washing machine and shower. The spacious terrace with wonderful lake view will welcome you for dinners at sunset and outdoor lunches thanks to the presence of a comfortable awning. The apartment complex has a lovely swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a garden for common use. We recommend this property to quiet guestslooking for a well-kept context. Public parking near the property. Animals are not allowed.

Great Apartment

The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything that we needed to enjoy our visit. Great views from the balcony and a lovely pool and grounds. Lovely

The apartment was lovely with well equipped kitchen. Pool great, always had access to sunbeds only ever another couple at the most at pool. The balcony could have been bigger,but lovely to overlook pool and lake in distance.

great location and beautiful town

great location and beautiful town. easy to walk into and the shops. Shared pool was great and balcony area was lovely. Everything in the kitchen for you to be able to cook at home if needed. The apartment itself is small though. The bed for the 5th person is in the kitchen and we had to juggle the table every night. There is one couch with not enough space for 5 people to sit down at once. The second bedroom was small as were the twin beds. Outside and location was amazing. Maybe a better apartment for 4 not 5.

Fantastic place near to lovely lakeside town

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Pool was really nice and sometimes we had use of it to ourselves. 5 min walk to supermarket and about 10 min walk to lots of restaurants. 15/20 min walk to lakeside and old town. Apartment was well equipped and air con was fab. A little more information on recycling would be helpful to explain what waste can be placed in each bin

Loved it!

We stayed at the apartment in July for a week. It was the first time we took apartments from the company. We received the keys in the office, which is located not far from the apartments themselves especially nearby if you are by car. The staff were very friendly and all instructions were given to us in detail and clearly. Check-in went without problems. The apartment is clean, comfortable and bright. Air conditioners in all rooms. Kitchen facilities are good. We were a family of 5 and there was plenty of space. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We especially liked the terrace and the view from it to the lake and mountains and a amazing sunset. The kids loved the pool (and the parents too). The house is located far-away from the main street. Very calm area. The Old town with many restaurants and shops is about 10 minutes walk.

ruhige Lage der Wohnung Blanco

ruhige Lage, großer Balkon, Seeblick, viel Stauraum in Schlafzimmer und Küche, gute Küchenausstattung, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern Sauberkeit (Boden in Wohnraum und Balkon nicht geputzt), verkalkter Duschkopf, Bad aufgrund Waschmaschine sehr eng Couch hat die besten Jahre hinter sich.

Die Unterkunft ist neu und gut ausgestattet, ideal für Familien oder Paare von Freunden. Als Sie uns über die Dusche informiert haben, hat unsere Putzfrau sofort eingegriffen und sie repariert. Leider haben wir erst jetzt erfahren, dass auch das Wohnzimmer und der Terrassenboden nicht gut gereinigt waren, auch darum hätten wir uns gerne gekümmert. 1 Woche am wunderschönen Gardasee

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Lazise und war für uns genau das Richtige. Sie war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Bei sehr heißen Temperaturen tat die Abkühlung im erfrischenden Pool im dazugehörigen Garten sehr gut. Das Team von Regarda Travel war sehr nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Tutto ben organizzato, preciso e puntuale

La gestione della prenotazione e della consegna delle chiavi è molto comoda. Inoltre, sono state spiegate nel dettaglio diversi aspetti su cui spesso si hanno dei dubbi fino all'ultimo (gestione dei rifiuti per esempio). Importante anche la velocità con cui è stato effettuato il rimborso della cauzione, sono dettagli che fanno la differenza. È sembrato leggermente alto il costo previsto per la pulizia, ma potrebbe essere una nostra impressione.

Inoltre il nostro staff conosce perfettamente tutte le peculiarità dei nostri appartamenti e preferiamo effettuare il check in in ufficio proprio per poterLe spiegare. In merito alle pulizie ci appoggiamo ad aziende professionali e potete immaginare il costo di pulizia e sanificazione per circa 3 ore di lavoro.
