Large Charming apartment with swimming pool, bright, finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, on the first floor of a villa whose renovation was completed at the end of June 2019, following the most innovative technologies for the respect of the environment, the safety of the guests and energy savings. Large terrace overlooking the pool, garden with olive trees and common lounge area at the entrance. Reserved parking and continuous assistance of the hosts who live just a few meters from the apartment.

From the moment of booking, we had a good feeling about it. Communication went smoothly from the beginning. The good feeling was immediately confirmed upon arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Germana, who is undoubtedly a wonderful hostess. A beautiful, spacious apartment with all amenities available. The offering of sandwiches is a big plus. This way you don't have to go to the bakery every morning. Wake up, and the fresh sandwiches are ready at the door. Germana & Andrea are fantastic. For the smallest problem of question you have. they are immediately available to help you. Definitely recommended !!! We left with full hearts and beautuful memories. Our sincere thanks to Germana & Andrea for your contribution to our vacation.

Tolle Urlaubstage

Unser erster Urlaub in Italien hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Unterkunft Costa del Garda ist super toll, sehr sauber und zauberhafte Gastgeber (Andrea und Germana), die sich sehr herzlich um ihre Gäste und die Anlage kümmern (Brötchenservice, gepflegter Garten und Pool). Es waren sehr erholsame Tage, von der Unterkunft sind viele Städte wie Verona, Venedig, Sirmione und die kleine schöne Stadt Lazise zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind begeistert und wollen wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Apartment ist in einem Top Zustand. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Waschraum einschließen und den Brötchenservice haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Pool war das besondere Highlight für unsere Tochter. Danke, Germana und Andrea!

Vanaf de dag van de aankomst tot de ochtend van vertrek nog . Wat een gastvrouw is Germana. Wij zijn van haar gaan houden en ook heel veel van onze uitvalsbasis Melograna. Heel schoon heel mooi en super centraal gelegen vlakbij het meer . We komen woorden te kort voor wat wij ervaren hebben . Germana en Andrea ongelooflijk bedankt en tot ziens kanjers . We love you

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Ein super schöner Urlaub in einer super schönen Ferienwohnung und sehr sympathischen Vermietern... Bei Regentagen konnten wir die Zeit in der geräumigen Wohnung mit dem großzügigen Balkon genießen... Der Pool ist super schön. Das gesamte Grundstück ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder
