It has 5 rooms, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with two single beds. With a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a living room and dining room ideal for family get-togethers.

Excellent location and view from the pool area is spectacular. We really enjoyed the size of the villa, location and outdoor BBQ area. The host was very well organised which made the stay very enjoyable.

Amazing Stay!

Adelino was the most gracious host, so kind and considerate, and whenever we had any issue (which we rarely did) he was ALWAYS willing to drop everything to come help us. Will absolutely stay with him again, such a kind host.

The house had everything we needed and we did have a great time. The pool was lovely The rooms were spacious Nice view Nearby beautiful beaches Nice and traditional interior- The house has a bit of a damp issue- Neighbours sometimes loud (late at night)- roads and roundabouts and heavy trafficAltogether we had a great family holiday and enjoyed the space the villa offered. There was some street noise but the coast line is designed this way with larger roads and roundabouts near coast. Ericeira is wonderful, so are the beaches nearby.

Great family house

Great location, a short walk away from great surfing beaches, cafés and the town. House offers great flexibility, with pool, outdoor bbq, large communal spaces and a brilliant games room. Toilets don’t take toilet paper, some facilities are a little worn and tax is not included in the price, this needs to be paid at the property. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and Adelino left us a very generous welcome pack. We had a fabulous holiday in Ericeria and the house was the perfect base for us.

Lovely comfortable villa that would benefit from updating in areas. Write up bit misleading as further out of town than stated but ok for a peaceful stay and if you are able bodied and enjoy walking up and down hills! Beautiful views.

Absolutely the most beautiful view of the ocean and especially the sunset at the end of the day. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and up to date. The game room provided entertainment for everyone with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, checkers, chess, and many game boards. We are a family of 6 adults and a toddler and everyone had a wonderful week in Ericeira.

Fun-filled Family Holiday

The property met our family needs for a wonderful 10 day holiday. The view was fabulous & a lovely way to end the day. The stairs were a little challenging for our 2 year old. The weather did not allow for enjoying the pool. Would stay again if visiting beautiful Ericeria

Beautiful Villa

We had a lovely time at your Villa! Check in was great and the villa was clean and beautiful! The villa was supplied with everything we needed and Adelino was quick to answer any questions we had while there. We had 5 adult family members which enjoyed the week swimming and having fun playing in the games room. There were three floors plus a basement with games room. The town was quaint and we enjoyed watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets everyday! Thank you for a wonderful week in Ericeira!

A lovely holiday

We had a lovely time. Pool and games room were brilliant and exactly what we wanted. Villa is nice (other comments about being a bit dated are right and can be seen in the photos, but it is very nice). Host was incredibly friendly and useful. The mini supermarket is a 5/10 min walk and is well stocked. Town is a 20/30 min walk and is lovely. All in all a really lovely stay in a lovely place. Thank you.

Magnificent holiday

We had a wonderful time and were 2 families sharing the villa with three adults and three children (ages 9-14). With 2 bedrooms on each floor it allowed each of us a floor with a nice veranda, bathrooms. We all had privacy and space which was perfect. There is everything you need in this villa. We alternated cooking at eating out. We enjoy walking and felt this villa was an easy half hour walk to town. It is a hilly area and a lovely beach area. Beaches are beautiful, the pool at the house was fun (though not heated and cold). The owner was kind and responsive. We loved this villa, location and will be back.

Family visit

We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic system. Other than that nuiscance we had a great family experience.

Great location, moderate amenities

Aside from the lousy weather this week, Ericeria is lovely and the house has fantastic views. For a Euro VRBO it is quite spacious, but not as well laid out as it could be. While there are 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, 2 rooms have to share a bath and one bath (the largest) is off the living room with no bedroom close. The most annoying issue is the need to put all toilet paper in a garbage bag instead of flushing them. Americans will find it very offputting. There are some updates needed, but nothing serious.On the bright side, the kitchen is large and the outdoor spaces lovely. Go when the weather is good and you'll enjoy it. drawback is the

Excellent Villa

The Villa is exactly as stated in all the descriptions. It is easily the best villa we have stayed in. We are a family of 6 with four young adults and 2 older ones and is ideally suited to families with teenage children and above. The pool is great and very deep, so maybe not suitable for younger children. The villa has several floors as stated and many steps. The balconies all have excellent views. I cannot rate this villa highly enough. We did have a recurring issue with the washing machine producing an alarm that required regular resetting, which was a bit of a nuisance, however, Adelino and his son Bruno were very quick to help us out. Adelino and his family are lovely and very kind, courteous and helpful. Thank you Adelino and family for letting us stay at your wonderful Villa.

Superbe villa fontionnelle et tres bien équipée, le.plus la piscine car la mer est plutôt agitée. Le sous sol avec les jeux sympaPetit bemol les douches pas beaucoup pression. Pas loin du centre ville d'Ericeira une.belle balade a pied le long de.la mer pour s'y rendre, centre bien animé avec ces commerçants et caféA 30 minutes de Lisbonne très appreciable, d'autres villes comme Peniche ou Sintra méritent le détour Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Groot maar oud en wat gebrekkig huis

Prettig verblijf gehad met gezin en vrienden, het huis is groot en heeft alles uit de advertentie maar het is oud, ruikt muf en het sanitair is matig, douches zijn heel laag en krap. Buren met honden die in de tuin poepen (nr 91) en nr 89 is een verwaarloosd huis.

Maison spacieuse et confortable mais l’odeur et l’environnement gâchent malheureusement l’expérience

Les chambres et les parties communes sont spacieuses. La terrasse principale l’est moins, elle permet néanmoins de profiter d’une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’expérience est perturbée par l’élevage canin (a minima 5 chiens) de la maison voisine, la proximité immédiate de la route et la forte odeur d’humidité / moisissure dans la maison. La communication avec le gérant est fluide et agréable, l’accueil est très généreux (gâteaux et boissons offerts). La situation est idéale pour découvrir la région.

La maison est trés agréable et parfaitement équipée pour 8 personnes. La vue sur la mer est très bien. Le propriétaire est très avenant et à l'écoute. il est très disponible. Schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit drei Töchtern da (17,19 und 21 Jahren) für 2 Wochen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen am Pool und der schönen Terrasse. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestatteten und es gab genug Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, der Weg in die Stadt uns zu Fuß aber täglich zu weit.
