This villa is within a 10 minutes walk from the famous Fisherman's beach and the centre of the town, as 5 minute walk from the new Strip, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. Refundable breakage deposit of 700 euros is required if family group, if single parties and or under 27 years it is 150 euros each payable in cash upon arrival or bank transfer a week before check in. This deposit is refnded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Swimming Pool heating, 150 euros per week.
