It has a spacious, secluded private pool, which can be heated for your comfort. The outdoor living space features a built-in BBQ, dining table with chairs, plush outdoor sofas, sun-beds and parasols, Additionally, there's an upstairs terrace equipped with a table tennis table, and a sunset roof terrace with outdoor sofas and bistro table set.

Inside, the villa offers large open-plan lounges and dining areas with rustic floor tiles, comfortable sofas, occasional tables, and a large rustic dining table and chairs
Ideal for families and groups looking for a peaceful Algarve base close to Vilamoura, golf, beaches and the marina.

Nearby attractions include the Aquashow Water Park, stunning beaches at Vilamoura and Quarteira, water sports at the Marina, and go-karting at Almancil.

My husband and I have lived in Kent for 30 years. We have four children who are now grown up and flown the nest and are working in London. Peter has recently retired so we are looking forward to spending some of the winter months at the villa, while playing golf and enjoying some wonderful restaurant meals in Vilamoura.

Why they chose this property

My daughter and I spent a week in Vilamoura last May and fell in love with the place. We had some lovely evenings out at the Marina and took a boat trip along the coast which is amazing. The beaches are beautiful and clean and we loved the weather. I loved it so much I returned in September with my husband. While we were there we had a look at some properties and found this lovely villa in a perfect location away from the hubbub of town but near enough to enjoy the wonderful attractions in the area. We are really looking forward to spending some time here with our family and friends.

What makes this property unique

The beauty of this villa is its relaxing atmosphere with sunshine all day long on the pool area and upstairs terraces. It is in a quiet residential location and not overlooked, yet only minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vilamoura and Quarteira as well as the amenities and night life of Vilamoura.
It is a perfect location for relaxing and unwinding.
