This spacious 5-bedroom villa is located near the villages of Porches and Alporchinhos and the popular beach town of Armação de Pêra, which features good restaurants and a long sandy beach with a lovely promenade where you can stroll while enjoying an ice cream. It’s also just a short drive from the somewhat quieter and charming beach town of Praia do Carvoeiro. The villa is located on a small cul-de-sac with only three villas. The location is wonderfully peaceful, yet just a short distance from the main amenities.



The round-shaped pool (heated) is equipped with 10 lounge chairs. There is a lovely canopy by the pool, perfect for sheltering from the hot sun. On the kitchen side, there is a large pergola so you can sit in the shade while dining. It is equipped with a barbecue, tables and chairs, and a small bar with a refrigerator. It’s the ideal spot for delightful outdoor meals and lingering over dinner.

The kitchen is very well-equipped with two large refrigerators with freezer compartments and a built-in hob. The open-concept living room features sofas that provide ample seating for larger groups, along with plenty of dining furniture and a wood-burning stove. Heating is available for early- or late-season holidays.
