Casa Vale Verde is a stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa that can sleep up to 12 guests (max of 8 adults plus children).
The villa is located on the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. The resort itself also has a restaurant and pool bar or the popular Monte Carvoeiro square with is bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away. Guest have use of the resort facilities including communal pools, kids club, tennis courts, crazy golf and table tennis (please note fees apply for the kids club, tennis and mini golf). The resort also has nightly entertainment at the bar.

The villa is ideal for families or groups sleeping up to 8 adults, 4 children plus infants. It has 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom with shower room and 1 children's bedroom with single bed, pull out bed and en-suite with junior size toilet, sink, bath and shower. Cots can be provided for babies and a sofa bed is available in the master bedroom for up to 2 small children (at an additional fee of £100 per week). Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
There is a lovely open plan living and dining room with brick arches leading to a large, well equipped, spacious kitchen.
Outside the villa has a covered terrace with dining furniture and comfy sofas to sit and relax in the shade. There is a roof terrace with table tennis table.
The villa is on a secure and safe plot that is fully fenced and has electric gates leading to a large driveway with space for parking up to 3 cars. Beautiful gardens surround the villa with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the stunning view across the valley and out to sea. To the side of the villa is a grassed garden area ideal for children to play with a football goal and basketball net. To the other side of the villa is a BBQ area with a lovely sea view. Steps lead down from the garden to the pool area where there are sunloungers available for you to relax and enjoy the fabulous view. At the top of the steps is a jacuzzi hot tub (please note there is an additional fee of £105 per week for the hot tub). From the hot tub there is also a wonderful view out to sea.

Rental licence number: 11076/AL
Tourist Tax - All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay tourist tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7. We will collect this from you prior to your stay.

Wonderful villa everything you need there when catering for large family. Really great facilities on site. Recommend the cocktail bar. Villa service office really helpful. Quite location beautiful view great holiday.

Liz was very responsive and the whole process was very smooth. The house is great - lots of bathrooms and good separation of living and sleeping space. Nice big, well-equipped kitchen. The pool area is fantastic and has that gorgeous view over the valley to the sea. Only minor niggle was that the outside table struggled to accommodate all 9 of us together.The location is just brilliant - an easy walk to the town centre, 3 mins to a small Spar and 2 mins to the Trattoria Oliveira, which serves brilliant food. The fresh fish dishes were magnificent.We had a great stay and would heartily recommend!

Lovely family villa

In quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of Carvoiero. Traditional style, with modern bathrooms, comfortable furniture & very well equipped. Can use Resort pools, bar & restaurant, with a kids club. We'll be back next year for our third visit.

A fabulous villa in a brilliant location

Everything about our stay met our expectations. The Villa is homely and has everything you would need. The pool area and hot tub are fantastic with amazing views. Incredible property and location

The home was incredible for my group of 10. We had three families with kids and adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location is close to food and shopping and easily walkable for dining, fun and beach. Host was very helpful and great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend and you will be very happy here.

Great villa!

The villa was extremely comfortable and well equipped inside and out. Garden and pool are private with a view over the valley. Bars and restaurants in 'The Square' are an easy walk away, then there is a steep 5 minutes walk down to the beach and shops. During our stay we had a minor problem which was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you for a great family holiday.

Family holiday

We returned to Portugal with the family for a weeks holiday. The villa was great and just like the photos. The pool and garden are lovely and we took advantage of the BBQ and outdoor patio. Communication with the host was very good and we had an issue in the Sunday at the villa but it was sorted very promptly that day which was very much appreciated. It’s an easy walk into town where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The local spar has all the essentials so made life easy. There is some building work happening next door which created a bit of noise but we headed to the beach - which are fabulous. We’d a lovely holiday !

Beautiful villa

We had such a lovely holiday here. The villa was perfect for our party of 6 adults. Pool area was lovely and a great place to relax in the heat. Kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioning in bedrooms a godsend at night. Paid for hot tub but used once so I’d say not to bother for the extra 100 if you’re going in hot weather (this extra charge did seem a bit tight as villa cost over 4000 for a week!) Only niggle is with paying a premium for a villa you’d expect more than one loo roll and perhaps a few bin bags and a kitchen spray/ cloth .. just little things when paying a lot of money for a weeks stay.

Super location and property

We stayed for a week in August 2023. The location is really good. The garden and sea views over wooded slopes are super. The villa is very comfortable and near the club facilities - swimming pools, bar, supermarket, restaurant etc. You can walk into Carveiro - about 15 minutes - which is a good exercise with the steep road and steps into the town. The villa owners were very helpful and responsive. All in all would recommend.

Spacious villa in quiet location with sea view

Well equipped, comfortable spacious villa, surrounded by gardens & lovely pool. Well maintained, lots of pool inflatables & sun beds. Felt very safe with electric gates & key box. 5 minutes walk to the local shop & resort centre where there are 2 pools & a childrens pool, kids club, tennis, table tennis, bar/cafe (excellent well priced food) open 12 - midnight. Entertainment throughout the day eg greet the animals (guinea pig, giant tortoise, iguana etc) kids disco, & evening for adults. 15 minute walk to centre of Carvoiero, lots of lovely shops, great market for meat & fish. We didn't hire a car, just got an Uber on arrival & did an Aldi shop. Lovely atmosphere & excellent restaurants in town. Will definitely be back!!

A perfect setting for a wonderful holiday

We were a party of 6 adults with 4 children under 4. The booking was very smooth and professionally handled with lots of really helpful information before we arrived. The villa was spotless and really well appointed with high quality fixtures and fittings. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms with excellent baths and showers. We all remarked on how homely and comfortable we felt, we wanted for nothing! The kitchen is large and well equipped. Lots of toys and books for the children and lots of space for them to play. The location is fantastic with beautiful sea views and lovely grounds and pool. Shops, restaurants and the beach are just a short walk away but the villa is located up the hill overlooking a valley which made it very peaceful. I cannot recommend this property and the owners highly enough and would book again without hesitation. Thank you for what was a fantastic holiday!

Great villa for a family holiday

Lovely villa with stunning views over valley and out to sea and amazing sunsets. Villa and surroundings are beautifully clean and very well appointed with good pool, wonderful hot tub and well kept outside space. The kitchen is excellent with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, two fridge freezers and plenty of cutlery, pots and pans etc. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and each with their own bathroom. Carvoeiro town and beach is close by and easily walkable. The villa is on the resort of Quinta do Paraiso which is very family friendly. When you are at the villa you don't feel you are on a resort at all as its so private, yet just a couple of minutes walk down the road is a restaurant, shop, communal pools and a bar. There is an animation team that provide activities. We had a couple of very entertaining and competitive games of water volleyball! Liz was very helpful and accommodating and helped us to organize a transfer from the airport. Communication before the booking, during and after our stay was really good. Thank you.

Familienurlaub 'at it's best'

Wir haben mit der Familie eine wunderbare Woche verlebt. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle großzügige Badezimmer, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sie entspricht allen Anforderungen. Ein Grill im Garten ist vorhanden. Das Grundstück mit dem schönen Pool und ausreichend Stellplätzen ist dicht bewachsen und von Außen nicht einsehbar. In 15 Minuten ist das Zentrum von Carvoeiro fußläufig zu erreichen. Der direkte Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Liz’s property, which had everything we needed for the week. The pool area in particular is beautiful. The house was very clean (and has maid service during your stay, an added plus as you don’t usually get that with a villa) and perfectly located for town and a couple of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. There were lots of helpful touches for the children in our group, including pool toys, children’s books and high chairs / cots in request. We’re already planning a return trip!
