Our Sunny Villa Maspalomas - new, modern, completely rebuilt and refurbished self catering and air-conditioned house. Counts on 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and big dressing room. Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, private garage, but the best thing is huge south facing terrace with a heatable salty water pool and sun shining during the whole day. Jacuzzi at the roof terrace is just a plus. Sea view and sand dunes view from the roof terrace. Walking distance to the shopping centre el Tablero. The shop Aldi is literally round the Cornes. few minutes drive to Maspalomas sand dunes o Meloneras. If you decide to walk about 20min walk to the beach. The house is ideal for family stays, group of friends of people seeking relax. Definitely not suitable for partying as situated in a quiet residential area.

Newly refurbished and redesigned villa. We were trying to achieve the maximum family confort during holiday. The house has been used for our family holiday, but now rebuilt and renewed to share our holiday home with our guests. The hope you will appreciate the love we put in creating this place.
Why they chose this property
We have chosen this property mainly for the tranquility of the area, but at the same time accessibility to all the things we need as shops, beaches or health care. As parents we appreciate the closeness to the big park - Parque Sur, with big playground and duck pond, and fun park Holiday World, as holiday is not only pool and beaches.
What makes this property unique
The house itself its great, but the south facing terrace of the house is the must for sun seekers and holiday makers as you can be enjoying the sun all day along. We love the place and to make most of it, we have created he roof top relaxing corner with hot tub and sun beds, for those who want maximum privacy. The best thing one can think of after a long day - sitting and chilling out while watching the sunset and enjoying life.
