This spacious and bright 140-square-meter apartment, decorated with paintings and designer furniture and able to accommodate up to 5 people, is located on the ground floor of a historic building with an lift (not accessible to people with disabilities). The property is located in the city centre (ZTL), just a short walk from the Lungarno and other points of interest such as Piazza dei Cavalieri and Piazza dei Miracoli, home to the famous Tower of Pisa.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The interior layout is as follows:
- KITCHEN with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, wine glasses, a small table, and various kitchen utensils;
- DINING ROOM with a large dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchair, and 40-inch TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, and closet;
- BEDROOM II with queen-size bed, closet, and armchair;
- BEDROOM III with a single bed, desk, armchair, and closet;
- BATHROOM I with a bathtub with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with a shower stall, sink, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, and soundproof windows.

You can rent bicycles at the “La belle equipe” shop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night).
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Pisa Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.
Keys can be picked up free of charge via the on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be available until 12:00 a.m.
Alternatively, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you can pick up your keys free of charge at our office at Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).
If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to your apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:
- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros;
- From 11:00 PM to midnight: 30.00 euros;
- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.: 40.00 euros.
