Perfectly situated in KCB w/ 37.5 feet of dockage on a wide and pristine canal that leads easy access to both the Ocean & the Gulf, our newly listed half duplex is recently fully renovated w/ brand new AC, appliances, fixtures, furniture, mattresses, & decors. Featuring 3BR 2BA accommodating up to 8 ppl in a large & open living room & backyard, provided w/ multi-game table, bikes, kayaks, 6-burners grill, Cabana Club access, & only 2 mins walk to Sunset park, it is the perfect Florida Keys getaway for your family.


The rental policy in the city of Key Colony Beach is very strict on the maximum occupancy of each property based on square footage. Each person is allow per 200 square feet in a property. Therefore, for our 1694 SQFT property the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Violation on such policy would not only cause additional charges/fines on your end but also possible suspension on our rental permit. Please understand and respect the laws of KCB and save fines and trouble on both of our ends. Thank you.


Our property is pet friendly. However, an additional $200 cleaning charge comes standard for our cleaning service provider. If your pet(s) is(are) not house-trained and has/have caused damages in house, additional charges/fines will occur by case.

Perfect spot

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Key Colony is the spot to be and this house was perfect for 2 families with kids to hang for a week.

Perfect Find in Marathon

Large, clean, and fun home to vacation in the Keys. Pictures were accurate and the backyard was perfect for docking the boat we rented for our stay.

Quiet and relaxing place to stay in Marathon. The dock was plenty large enough for our 30’ overall boat and gave us convenient access to Vaca cut. The kitchen is equipped with the very basics, so bringing your own supplies may be a good idea if you plan on cooking at home. The beds are SO comfy and the air conditioning works wonderfully, even in the August heat. The outdoor patio with the hut provided an excellent place to relax in the evenings. The bikes supplied are not in the best shape so it’d be worth renting your own if you planned to use them. The cabana club is definitely worth a trip as well since it’s super close and fun. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future!

KCB Escape

Very nice place to stay while we were in The Keys. The bottle of wine left was a nice welcome touch. Keypad was problematic during our stay. Fortunately the hosts provided keys in a lockbox. We appreciated that there were lots of glassware, crockery and cups/mugs in the kitchen. Some additional silverware and plastic cups for outside would be a plus. Our hosts were very amenable. We were not able to bring Beach towels with us. They were very kind and had some items delivered. There were kayaks, bikes and ability to use the Cabana Club. We used all of them. We had a wonderful stay and would consider returning there again.

Spotless water access in quiet neighborhood

Perfect getaway! Thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, amenities, and access to the Cabana Club. Location was great for staying local and a good midpoint for venturing throughout the keys.

Great location, great property!!

Just finished a weeklong stay and think this is a real gem. Location is terrific, easy to make a day trip to Key West and plenty of things to do close by. The property is first class and the canal in the “backyard” makes a setting you don’t want to go far from. Added bonus of the kayaks gets you on the water without renting a boat.

Great house

Great house with lots of amenities. We had a 5 year old, 3 year old and 5 month old vacationing with us and there was a great room setup for them. The house is really close to lots of attractions — we checked out the Dolphin Research Center and Turtle Hospital and would highly recommend both. We would definitely rent again.

Very clean & modernized

Rachel's place was very clean, and has all the modern amenities of home. It is centrally located in wonderful KCB, and my family of five lacked nothing during our week-long stay. My few questions to Rachel were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Chris

Everything and More

The house was everything we expected and more. Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family of 7 which included 5 teenagers. House was well decorated, furnished, and updated with the newest appliances. The mini pool table game center kept them busy for hours. We rented a boat for a few days and it was great having the fish cleaning table and water hose close by to wash off the boat each day. Added bonus was the outdoor freezer we used for bait and storing extra ice. We even saw a manatee off the dock which was really cool. Highly recommend.

Family Getaway

The house was everything we needed, was clean and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. The dock is in great shape and the driveway perfectly fit a 40ft 5th wheel trailer on a F350 truck and a minivan.

Beautiful home perfect for entertaining and relaxing!!

This was a beautiful home perfect for accommodating our whole group. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and updated with modern appliances. The location is superb as the home resides in a subtle community near Marathon which was perfect for the day trips we scheduled to Key Largo, Islamorada, and Key West. Rachel’s home is very welcoming and she did not hesitate to help with any questions we had. I had a wonderful experience here and I am so thankful to have stayed in such a lovely home. I will definitely consider staying here in an additional visit to the Florida Keys.

KCB House, great for kids

The house was great. We were able to see fish, sharks, stingrays, and other species right off the dock. The kayaks and bikes were a nice addition also. The cabana club and pool were awesome for our little kids. Because of covid there isn’t any extras at the house so you do have to bring your own beach towels. We had a hard time finding some at the stores.

Amazing House

We had a wonderful time staying here! I am somewhat "high maintenance" when it comes to hotels and rental homes. This house met all my standards and more. It was VERY clean, VERY well maintained and the location was great. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the wildlife and enjoying a coastal breeze. The amenities were great - kayaks and bikes available for use plus a dock. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right there. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The homeowner was super responsive and accommodating. I was very happy with this property!

PERFECT! We loved the house and location!

This was a perfect family vacation for myself, husband and 2 sons (21 & 22). The house was very well situated. We spent a lot of time outside on the back patio too. We loved being on the Canal. We saw manatees, Lizards and a group of 6 dolphins come down the canal late at night. We used the bikes and kayaks and the boys tried fishing off the dock. We also used the Cabana Club one night and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We where very pleased with the location. Lots of great restaurants and charters in the area. Grocery stores not far away. Very happy with the stay and would recommend to anyone.

We had an AMAZING time! Rachel’s place is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Huge plus on the kayaks and bikes that saved us $$$ and more importantly TIME from renting it!!! Recommend everyone to cruise around this quiet neighborhood and enjoy the vibe. The extra mini game table kept us well entertained indoor. The bedding is super COMFORTABLE that helped us relax and recover after long day of outdoor activities. Very well considered and will definitely REVISIT~~~
