The apartment offers a modern kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, complete cooking and eating utensils, etc), a cozy living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 separate beds) and a modern bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and an additional toilet.
The large windows make the apartment very bright and friendly. The large balcony in front of the apartment faces south/east/west and is equipped with terrace furniture -ideal for eating and drinking on the balcony

Our house, which was recently completely renovated, is very centrally located and yet very quiet only about 3 minutes walk from the village center. Next to the house is a large children's playground and around the house is a large garden.
In summer, the outdoor pool Virgen is only 5 minutes walk away and guarantees water fun for the whole family (35m long slide). From the sporty swimmer to the sun worshipper... there is a suitable program for everyone! A beach volleyball court is also available for the bathing guests.
In winter, the drag lift, which is only 100 m away, and a nearby, idyllic cross-country ski trail provide direct access to skiing fun.

The uniqueness of the National Park Hohe Tauern Osttiro - the largest national park in the Alps - is its untouched natural landscape, gigantic mountain scenery and fascinating wildlife. The originality of the landscapes with their three-thousand-metre peaks - first and foremost the Großglockner and Großvenediger - glaciers, waterfalls, gorges, high valleys and alpine pastures is incomparable in Europe. The experience is varied - a hike or trekking tour with the national park rangers, snowshoe hikes, ski tours, or a stop at the national park partner inn, which rounds off the stay with a culinary offer.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber...

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge, da bleibt man beim Frühstück gerne etwas länger sitzen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, vielleicht etwas spartanisch, so richtige heimelige Gemütlichkeit kommt nicht auf. Für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend auf der Couch ist diese einfach zu unbequem. Aber das ist alles Geschmackssache, jeder gestaltet ja seinen Urlaub anders. Schade allerdings war, dass einige wirklich wichtigen Sachen gefehlt haben. Zum Beispiel wird die Mülltrennung sehr genau umgesetzt, es gibt aber keine Mülltüten um dies umzusetzen. Im Backofen, der sauber war, lag kein Backpapier. Das kennen wir so nicht von unseren zahlreichen Urlauben in Ferienwohnungen. Da wir erst am Samstagabend angereist sind, konnten wir auch nichts mehr einkaufen. Also mussten wir den Müll in Essensverpackungen sammeln und mehrmals einzeln in den Müllraum auf dem Hof bringen. Und den Backofen haben wir am Wochenende nicht benutzt, bis wir am Montag dann einkaufen konnten. Wichtig wäre auch zu erwähnen, dass sich direkt neben dem Appartementhaus eine Kindertagesstätte/Grundschule befindet. Unter der Woche ist ein ausschlafen daher nicht möglich. Ab 07 Uhr geht es los mit ankommenden Fahrzeugen, schlagenden Autotüren und schreienden Kindern. Und in dieser Grundschule wird viel gesungen, jeden morgen spätestens um 8. Gegenüber befand sich dann auch noch eine Baustelle, da war ebenfalls ab 7 Uhr Lärm ohne Ende.
