Welcome to our newly renovated ground-floor holiday apartment in the heart of Prägraten am Großvenediger!

Two bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: one with a double bed and another with flexible single beds. Both rooms are equipped with new, high-quality mattresses for optimal sleeping comfort.
The bathroom features a shower and is separate from the toilet. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a dining table and comfortable sofa, is the ideal place to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, kettle, and handheld vacuum cleaner.

Underfloor heating in all rooms provides cozy warmth, while the large terrace invites you to relax in the fresh mountain air. Additionally, you’ll have access to a storage room in the basement, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor Kurzem frisch renoviert – alles ist top gepflegt, hell und wirklich liebevoll und zurückhaltend eingerichtet. Ausstattung: komplett. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben jeden Tag selbst gekocht; Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine: Alles stand zur Verfügung.Bei der Ankunft wartete ein kleines Begrüßungspräsent auf uns – eine sehr nette Geste, die den Start perfekt gemacht hat. Thomas hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles passt und ob wir etwas brauchen: aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Genau so wünscht man sich das.Als Standquartier für Wanderungen mit der Familie war die Wohnung ideal. Aber auch an Regentagen kein Problem eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
