Holiday home for 14 people in Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This wonderful holiday home in the interior of the Costa del Sol is located on a plot with a mango plantation. Enjoy unforgettable days in one of the beautiful white villages of La Axarquía, where the typical white houses contrast with the natural landscape that surrounds them. In this tastefully decorated house, you will feel a great sense of well-being.

It has a beautiful lawned garden, a wonderful private pool and comfortable loungers for those who want to relax in the sun, as well as a beautiful barbecue area and garden furniture so that you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones outdoors.

In the case of a group of 9 people or less, keep in mind that the two bedrooms and the bathroom located on the upper floor will remain closed.

The house has a porch area with a pool table and ping-pong table, and inside you will find a Jacuzzi, ideal to relax and disconnect from day to day. Access to the house is rural, steep and not all sections are paved.

Excellent lay out, suitable for large groups. We were three families travelling together. Pool was large, good hot tub. Bar / BBQ area was excellent and there was plenty of seating for everyone to cook and eat together no one was left out. You could be cooking while kids were in the pool and talking to friends sat having a drink. Very social. Yes, it is off the beaten track but only 10 minutes from Cómpeta were there were some excellent restaurants and little supermarkets. Theres plenty of taxis available too. The owner was very responsive and always available. Very friendly.

family holiday in superb surroundings

villa is superb, only thing needed is an outside toilet, to avoid entering the villa in wet swimming clothes. the road access IS steep, but after a few journeys becomes easier. The owner is friendly and helpful and willing to assist.

Villa très bien équipée, piscine et SPA excellent, environnement superbe, seul l’accès est difficile pour un véhicule 9 places (Trafic).Une information plus précise serait bien pour louer un 4x4 plutôt qu’un véhicule ordinaire…!

Séjour en famille

Cette maison a été parfaite pour accueillir notre grande famille. Chacun avait sa chambre. Nous avons vécu principalement en extérieur car la cuisine est parfaite et complète. Les extérieurs permettent à chacun de s amuser ou de s isoler .les jeux extérieurs ont été appréciés. Le moins bien est le Wifi et le manque de couverture téléphonique. Certains appareils ménagers extérieurs nécessitent des réparations. L'accès au gîte est pentu et assez difficile. La voiture est absolument nécessaire pour toutes sorties.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen genossen. Das Haus ist fantastisch und komplett ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es einen schönen und großen Swimmingpool und einen geräumigen Whirlpool. Die Aussicht ist großartig und es ist wunderbar ruhig. Abends eine Partie Poolbillard, Tischtennis, Darts oder Tischfußball. Das Eingangstor ist elektrisch. Auch dem Besitzer gebührt ein großes Kompliment. David war immer für uns da. Wirklich ein Gastgeber.

Ein Wochenende mit Freunden und Familie in absoluter Ruhe, wir haben die Ruhe geliebt, die der Ort ausstrahlt, und alle Dienstleistungen, die uns zur Verfügung stehen. Wir könnten grillen, den Rasen und die Hängematten, den Whirlpool, die Tischtennisplatten, das Billard genießen. Alle Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Ein unvergessliches Wochenende.

Stunning location with poolside bar equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob and barbecue. We had a wonderful holiday with only one important issue that became apparent when we arrived: We were disappointed that two of the bedrooms were not available to us as the owner only opens these for larger parties despite charging the same fee for cleaning. This was not indicated in the description and, as a result made planned sleeping arrangements impossible and necessitating moving a single bed into a double room for one of the children. That said, the owner (David) was very helpful and responsive when we lost power to the outside bar and was at the villa and resetting the circuit breaker in less than an hour. The condition of some of the furniture in the bedrooms (sofa-bed, chairs) was very tired with the PVC coating flaking off, but after two years of Covid, this may be due to the huge financial hit owners have taken. Hopefully this can be rectified as access to holidays stabilises and income recovers. Overall, this was a good holiday in a beautiful area, but I would probably look elsewhere next time and check room availability before booking.

Atemberaubende Lage mit Poolbar, ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Gasherd und Grill. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit nur einem wichtigen Problem, das sich bei unserer Ankunft herausstellte: Wir waren enttäuscht, dass uns zwei der Schlafzimmer nicht zur Verfügung standen, da der Eigentümer diese trotz der gleichen Reinigungsgebühr nur für größere Gruppen öffnet. Dies war in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben und machte dadurch geplante Schlafgelegenheiten unmöglich und machte es erforderlich, für eines der Kinder ein Einzelbett in ein Doppelzimmer zu verschieben. Trotzdem war der Besitzer (David) sehr hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell, als wir die Außenbar von der Stromversorgung trennten und in der Villa waren und den Leistungsschalter in weniger als einer Stunde zurücksetzten. Der Zustand einiger Möbel in den Schlafzimmern (Schlafsofa, Stühle) war sehr müde, da die PVC-Beschichtung abblätterte, aber nach zwei Jahren Covid könnte dies auf die enormen finanziellen Auswirkungen zurückzuführen sein, die die Eigentümer erlitten haben. Hoffentlich kann dies behoben werden, wenn sich der Zugang zu Urlauben stabilisiert und sich das Einkommen erholt. Insgesamt war dies ein guter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend, aber ich würde das nächste Mal wahrscheinlich woanders suchen und die Zimmerverfügbarkeit vor der Buchung prüfen.
