RELAXING INDIAN PALMS HOME WALK TO POLO FIELDS, PRIVATE POOL! ON GOLF COURSE

Located in Indio inside the popular Indian Palms Country Club, our home is just a few minutes from all the festival's and happenings at the Empire Polo Club. There's plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants, and golf in Indio and in neighboring La Quinta with the popular El Paseo shops just down HWY 111. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden where the BNP Paribas Open is held is just 15 minutes away.
Every bedroom has a flat screen smart tv and a smart tv in the family room. The master bedroom has a King bed, a big bathroom with a shower, double vanities, and a HUGE walk-in closet, ( a couple air mattresses are kept in here) Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and bedroom 3 has three twin beds. Bathroom number 2 has a tub/shower. The large kitchen has so much space for cooking and opens up to the dining table, bar, and family room so everyone can hang together. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The washer and dryer are available for your use, as well as a two car garage. Sorry, no pets are allowed in our home.

Our home is right on the golf course with gorgeous views of the greens and desert mountains. Private pool and jacuzzi in our backyard, a BBQ, and outdoor seats for lounging, soaking up the sun, or simply enjoying a cocktail or two.
Indian Palms Country Club also has it's own boutique hotel inside the gate if more friends and family want to stay nearby. There's a 27 hole championship golf course as well as a driving range, 2 putting greens, and a pro shop. Hangar 19, the on-site restaurant/bar serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner (please call for hours.)

We provide only a simple starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and cleaning supplies.

Perfect location and amenities!

Stayed here for Coachella with several friends. Walking distance to the festival and yet quiet surroundings. House was as well stocked and pool and hot tub were amazing. Host was very responsive and helpful would highly recommend!

Great weekend in Indio

My friends and I had a comfortable and relaxing weekend at this home! The house really had everything we needed, and we took full advantage of the spacious and well-equipped kitchen! We also loved the home's private pool and hot tub. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip out to the desert!

Needs Work

The house is really nice. Big master with nice master bath. Big kitchen. Comfortable family room with nice big screen TV. Pool was small but good for the little kids. Hot tub was nice. Neighborhood is ok. Location was a bit further from Palm Springs/Palm Desert than we anticipated. Easy to check in and get settled. Inside it looks like it’s being renovated. Walls looked like they’d been recently patched and need to be painted. Carpet in bedrooms need a cleaning or replacement. Fridge looked like it was bought at a garage sale. Dent on the front, some sort of brown goo under the glass shelves and a freezer that needed to be defrosted. Filtered water and ice maker were not working. The coffee pot was not cleaned after the last guest, and that was kind of gross. There were dirty dishes stacked in the cabinet and that was really gross. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. Needs to be dusted throughout. Some kitchen drawers need cleaning as they have crumbs and such in them. Towel hooks in the master bath were coming off the walls. No lock on the sliding glass door to the patio. You needed to use a broom stick to maintain security. Water pressure dropped to nothing when a toilet was flushed or laundry was being done. Led to many screams from people trying to take a shower. Shower heads and sink in kitchen have hard water issue. Clogged nozzles spray all over the place. The second bedroom - with the queen bed - has a clouded glass wall that is also a double door into the room. Might work if the room was an office, but it effects privacy when it’s a bedroom. The owners are really nice and it’s a great house with a lot of potential. With a little bit of work and a cleaning service that pays attention to the details, it would be an awesome place to stay.

Large party weekend

Great spot for large groups. Plenty of seating around the living room, large kitchen, large dining table, and well stocked with extra towels and soaps. The owners were very responsive and able to help quickly.

Best Girls Trip Ever!!!!

My six girlfriends and I rented this property for a much needed vacation. Everything was exactly as listed and perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping and space in the living room for group games and hanging out. We absolutely adored this stay, especially the cute guest wall we could sign at the end to commemorate the trip. Would definitely stay again!!!

Tracy is wonderful to work with! So responsive, friendly and willing to answer your questions. The house is great, open layout and nice size rooms. Has a fun signature wall when you first walk in that you can sign. House was comfortable, beds were very comfortable. TVs are not hooked up to cable, but do have Netflix and such. Water pressure is very low, so having a toilet flush, sink running, dishes being done while your in the shower, I do not recommend. It basically stops your water flow. Not fun when washing your face! Lol They do have a tankless hot water heater, so that is fantastic for everyone to shower. The outside pool area was nice. Much smaller than expected, but it was very comfortable and worked for our stay. Kitchen had pots, pans and even a crockpot. Not a ton of place settings however or drink wear. Overall a great place. We would for sure stay again if we do head back to Indio.

Clean, safe, homey, and fun! Everything you want for a trip with your kids. This was a beautiful property, well maintained and very helpful owners. Was going to book it again next month and it’s already booked. Will definitely definitely be back here! We loved this house!

Perfect Space for our group of 6!

We had a great time and the house was nicer than expected! High ceilings made it feel spacious and lovely. We had ample space for four adults and two small children. Beds were comfy. The room off the living space has a door that is glass so the light does come in. Just know that whoever stays in the room should be last to go to bed and first to wake with the lights/noise, but it worked our for us! Kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. We could have had a few more serving plates but we made due. The water pressure in the house isn't great but again nothing that was a HUGE deal. Just not a good idea to wash dishes and shower at the same time. The backyard was perfect for hanging by pool, swimming, enjoying jacuzzi, watching golf and having a cocktail watching the sunset! The pool has a nice shallow section, great for kids! We hope to be back! Thanks!!

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect house for my birthday in Palm Springs! The house was exactly as listed and had no problems! House was cute and very open inside; with a bigger group, we had more than enough room for all of us. Everyone had a place to sleep and the house was very clean. The host was very accommodating and friendly! Nothing bad to say about my stay, highly recommend!

Our family lives in sunny San Diego. We love to relax in the desert or take the boat to the lake. All about living life to the fullest and not taking any minute for granted!

Why they chose this property

This home is all about location, being incredibly close to the Empire Polo Fields where they hold so many festivals and all kinds of other shows. We love all of Palm Springs- La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells. There's something to see or do in every city in the desert. IPCC has been around a while but this house was brand new, never lived in, so it was very appealing. We are so happy to call it home away from home!
