We had a nice time. It was a little further from the venue then we thought but the community is wonderful in helping you get back to the house once you enter the front gates.

Wonderful property, great host, close to festival grounds!

We are so thankful to have stayed here, overall was a great experience. We came for Coachella weekend 1 (2023) with a total of 8 adults). The property is pretty, well maintained/clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The backyard area, pool, and spa were incredible and such a great asset throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all. Host was super friendly and easy to stay in touch with. Check in and out was simple. As an FYI, if anyone is staying for Coachella or stagecoach: this community is the closest development to the campgrounds (literally across the street). The community gate from Monroe by the country club is the main entry/exit point for all pedestrians and taxis/Ubers coming into or leaving the development. The festival entry point is a very short walk from that main gate (like 5-10 minutes, same spot as the Uber drop off point). Unfortunately once you enter the festival off the street, coachella makes you walk an additional ~2 miles through dirt to actually get in haha.

Why they chose this property

I've lived in this house for almost 2 years with my wife, we have enjoyed adding upgrades to our home, like the brand new pool and spa! We love entertaining family & friends, and have turned this home into an entertainers dream! We are looking forward to opening up our home for the first time to VRBO guests for the upcoming Coachella Valley music festivals, and possibly more future dates! Our daughter will be helping us out with bookings and guest needs.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Club. Our home is located in a gated community, on a public golf course. We are just miles from casinos, restaurants, hiking trails, tons of grocery stores and shopping centers.
