12 minutes from the center of Reims in a small, very quiet village surrounded by vineyards on the small Montagne de Reims. We offer a Cottage with Wi-Fi in an old farmhouse with ground floor entrance, toilet, large kitchen, large living room with fireplace and dining room overlooking large windows on the small garden with outdoor lounge, barbecue . 1st floor: bathroom, toilet, 4 bedrooms, one with shower room. Either 4 bedrooms with a double bed or 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2nd floor large billiard lounge, television, reading area, games. Outdoor parking for 2 cars. In the village Pharmacy, Medical Office, Bakery, Hairdresser, Butcher, (Intermarché 4 km). little Champagne houses. Beautiful walks by bike or on foot (GR). 30 minutes from Epernay.

Great stay

The gite is great, really spacious and a nice outdoor area where you can sit and BBQ. The village is nice, but there are not too many champagne houses, so if you are visiting this region to taste champagne, be aware that you need a car/taxi to visit most of them.

wonderful property, would recommend to anyone

Im very pleased with our stay and would return anytime. The owners were very accommodating and very kind to us. The place was clean and everything worked. The house was spacious and set in a beautiful area of the countryside.

Good location, but missing the added touch

House was clean and in a nice area and host was responsive. There were no towels provided. We had travelled from Australia and did not bring our own. When requested the host promptly provided towels so be sure to clarify. Also, there were no extras provided - no tea/coffee. Only 1 roll of toilet paper etc.

Nice house for holiday

We stayed here for 11 days, it was very nice. Big livingroom/space downstairs with good sofa's. The kitchen had everyting we needed, good working oven/stove. Big bedrooms (beds are a little harder then ours at home but still good), the owner put a bed in one for our 2 year old on our request. And as a extra some toys in the garden: small slide, sandpit and rocking horse! Very friendly! In 5min walk is a bakery. For others stores and services you have to go by car to towns in the surrounding area. Negative for us was that there was a stairs in the livingroom, so we had to chase our 2 year old going up the stairs all the time. The garden was a little steep but a good terras with big table, lot of chairs and big umbrella. BBQ and fireplace we didn't use. Pleasant stay! Thank you

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans le gîte. Maison bien agréable pour notre groupe de 7. Le salon est vaste, chaleureux et bien équipé. Nous avons toujours pu échanger avec sa propriétaire, disponible et à l’écoute. Merci pour ses conseils de visite : la basilique St Remi est effectivement un bijou 😉

Court séjour cyclisme

Gite parfait au départ d'une grande randonnée cycliste sur la montagne de Reims puis le long du canal jusqu'au cœur de Reims. Accueil et communication avec Patricia (Hôte) parfaits. Le gite est très propre, bien équipé, calme et très bien situé. Parking en face de la maison. Merci d'avoir facilité notre arrivée plus tôt que prévu. Nous recommandons.

We hadden een aangenaam verblijf, de gite is goed gelegen om de Champagnestreek te ontdekken. Het verblijf zelf was ok "op zijn Frans" laat ons zeggen, niet super netjes maar voldoende voor ons weekendje.

Le logement être d’une propreté impeccable. Les hôtes sont très disponibles avant notre arrivée afin de convenir d’un horaire qui arrangerait les deux côtés. Je recommande ce logement à 100%. Nous avons passés un super séjour.

Bon week-end entre copains

La maison est très sympathique, bien aménagée et salon spacieux. Les lits sont tops. Attention aux horaires de checkin (jusqu’a 20h30 à l’arrivée). Petite note quant au bruit, le voisin peut être embêtant donc il faut garder le volume relativement bas!

La maison est très fonctionnelle, suffisamment équipée, avec une bonne literie. Petit jardin clos où les enfants sont en sécurité. Pas de climatisation, mais très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui a fourni 2 ventilateurs, et nous en avions prévu aussi (nous étions là le we du 14 juillet...bien chaud!). La montagne de Reims est proche et nous avons fait de grandes promenades dans les très belles forêts domaniales. Reims est facilement accessible également. Et il y a une boulangerie dans le village. Nous avons apprécié la découverte d'une région proche (nous habitons à l'est de paris) sans embouteillage ni pour venir ni pour repartir. Vive la Marne!

Gite agréable, mais certains détails à revoir.

Dans l ensemble nous avons passé un agréable moment. L hôte est réactive et conciliante, car nous avons pu arriver quelques heures d avance. Le lieu est agréable et l environnement parfait. Le logement demande plus de propreté, nous avons été un peu déçue. Pas mal de mouche morte dans les chambres. Le logement est tout électrique, seulement 2 radiateurs au Rdv qui fonctionnent sur la totalité ( nous sommes le 20 novembre) on aurait aimé que l hôte nous offre du bois pour pallier au manque de chauffage. Non !! c est une prestation payante. La vitre de la cheminée non nettoyée. Le point positif, la literie car le confort est top et les draps impeccables. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable moment.

Quelques omissions dans l'annonce, sinon correct

Maison plus ou moins agréable. L'hôte ne précise pas dans l'annonce qu'il est recommandé de ne pas jouer au billard après 23h si vous ne voulez pas avoir d'ennuis avec le voisin, car, c'est une maison mitoyenne ! Le ménage n'était malheureusement pas au rendez vous (parce qu'on avait pris qu'une nuit ?) Sinon l'hôte est agréable et compréhensible.

Mooi huisje dicht bij Reims. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Rustige omgeving Enige minpuntje is dat de eettafels beter geschikt zijn voor 6 personen i.p.v voor 8.
