Located in a small and quiet rural village on the outskirts of the town of Ponteareas, it is framed within the Metropolitan Area of VIGO (Rías Baixas). Its privileged location, close to the access to the motorway, provides an excellent connection to the City and to other points of interest, mainly to the beach areas.

The house, built on a hill with mountain views, has two terraces, a garden with a covered barbecue so that it can be enjoyed all year round (with firewood and/or charcoal available); a children's playground and, in addition, for the summer, a small swimming pool, so that l@s can cool off while they are in La Casa, In addition, this area has several river beaches, such as the well-known A FREIXA River Beach.
The house has been equipped with all kinds of trousseau and kitchenware, hygiene and cleaning items... and modern services (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, WIFI, coffee makers, air conditioning, heating...), being ideal to come and hold a small celebration with your closest family group and/or friends; or simply, to come and disconnect for a few days, for a holiday, or also for work reasons. As the RESERVATION is for the TOTAL, NOT per PERSON, the amount is not affected by the members of the group (with a limit up to capacity); and you do NOT have to share it with anyone else, so you will enjoy a level of privacy, which otherwise would not be possible; and this is very important for us, since we seek that our guests feel at home in the privacy of their home. Check-In by phone call, with the safe for keys, also helps to provide greater privacy for arrival, and gives more margin for access, without having to be at a specific time; flexibility of schedules, which, if the moment allows it, can also be enjoyed for CHECK OUT.

Therefore, our Guests will always find everything clean, FRESHLY IRONED SHEETS, A TOWEL SERVICE FOR EACH PERSON, A VARIETY OF HYGIENE PRODUCTS, AND SPARE PARTS FOR EVERYTHING THAT MAY ARISE DURING THE STAY, WITHOUT THIS ENTAILING A HIGHER COST FOR THE GUEST.
In this sense, please bear in mind that when accepting last minute reservations, for the same day of arrival, if necessary, contact us on the phone number that will appear at the reservation, preferably by CALL, so you can ensure that you can access at the time you are interested in, and we will put all the means to make it so.

Regardless of the decoration of the bedrooms, its six beds are prepared to comfortably accommodate 8 people, being valid for niñ@s as well as for adults. By system, we always leave the house conditioned for the 8 beds. It also has cots and an extra bed, for two babies and a little one, which, although it is not necessary to note them in the reservation, but we must be notified in advance so that we can leave them in place, as well as the rest of the children's furniture (high chairs, baby bathtub,...). Due to the weather in our area, the POOL is in its corresponding place, in the two main months of summer (JULY-AUGUST); but if it is already hot a little earlier and/or we are asked to do so, we usually place it a little earlier, around the middle to the end of JUNE, extending its availability until the beginning of SEPTEMBER (Contact us).
Due to its size, it can be used by small children; and it can also be enjoyed by older people, if they feel like having a drink while cooling off.
