However, we’re truly sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Cleanliness and maintenance are very important to us, and we regret that you didn’t contact us during your stay — we would have immediately arranged additional cleaning and maintenance,even offered to move you to a different villa to ensure your comfort. Your comments about the garden, pool care, and interior condition have been passed on to the property owner for prompt attention and improvements.
