Beautiful apartment with private roof terrace, indoor & out door swimming pool.
Penthouse apartment with private roof terrace in a beautifully maintained community. The community includes a large outdoor swimming pool as well as an additional heated, indoor pool for all year round access.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Valoración casa vacacional
La estancia ha estado bien pero hay que destacar ciertas cosas. La limpieza no era muy adecuada, nos encontramos cucarachas en la zona de la lavadora por no haber quitado una bolsa grande de basura llena de mantas. Esa zona no se limpió antes de la entrada. Todas las puertas de salida a terrazas estaban con la manilla de bloqueo mal, no permitía cerrar con pestillo. El marco de la puerta de la cocina estaba suelto, la vitrocerámica funcionaba al revés, el fuego con más calor era el 1 y el de menos el 6. Respecto a la decoración de la habitacion de matrimonio, no había ni cabecero, deberían de mejorar la decoracion y el mantenimiento de la vivienda. La playa no estaba a los km que ponía el anuncio. Por lo demás, todo bien. Buena terraza arriba, aunque le falta la barbacoa. Los cojines de la zona chillout estaban algo sucios. En la cocina no había utensilios de cocina, había una sartén y un cazo pequeño para 4 personas. Los colchones posiblemente necesiten un cambio por uso, nos levantábamos con dolor de espalda. Espero que est ayude a mejorar la vivienda ya que está bien...
