The 115 m² house features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and dining area.

Enjoy your time outdoors in the private fenced garden (300 m²), relax on the 25 m² balcony, or cool off in the private pool. A dedicated game room (25 m²) includes a PlayStation, table soccer, and a children’s corner, ideal for indoor fun.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, and all rooms offer satellite TV and air conditioning. Additional amenities include a washing machine and private parking. Public transport is available 400 m away, and Rijeka Airport is just 15 km from the property. This home offers the ideal blend of beach proximity, comfort, and entertainment.
