Schön, aber unpraktisch

Die gut eingerichtete 29m2 kleine Wohnung verfügt über eine recht grosse Terrasse mit Rasenteppich und grossartiger Aussicht auf die Luganeser Gegend. Die einzigen Nachteile für gesetztere Feriengäste sind: a, Der Zugang über eine 13 Meter lange Treppe mit Stufen zwischen 13 und 21 cm Höhe, die nachts nur im obersten Teil auf ca.1/4 Länge beleuchtet ist. b, Das 1,8 Meter breite Bett mit 1,6 Meter Nutzbreite und einer Liegehöhe ab Boden von ca. 40 cm, schliesst an Kopf- rechter- und Fuss-Seite an die Wände an. Das heisst, die rechts liegende Person muss, bei einer nächtlichen Dringlichkeit, über die links liegende Person steigen. Eine Mängelliste, beinhaltend teilweise defekte Deckenbeleuchtung, undichte Kaffeemaschine, Türklinke zum Schlafzimmer die man beim Zuziehen der Türe plötzlich in der Hand hat, nicht schliessende Dusche-Türen u.s.w. übergab ich der Besitzerin des Hauses bei der Rückgabe der Wohnung. Was völlig daneben war ist, dass die Vermieterin (Mary) den genauen Ort in Cademario sowie die kontaktlose Übernahme der Wohnung am Anreisetag, als wir schon längst unterwegs waren, um 12:26 Uhr auf den PC zu Hause per Mail übermittelte. Alles in Allem, wir würden diese Wohnung, trotz des wunderschönen Ausblicks nicht mehr mieten und sie auch Personen in gesetzterem Alter nicht empfehlen.

Hello Willy, first of all thanks for visiting us. We are glad to hear that a civil engineer did that good measurement of the property including bed-sizes and outside stairs, just missed few meters on the total mq, but thank you, it could always be useful for next guests 😀 I’m sorry for the minor inconvenience that you found inside the property, you should have said me promptly so I could have fixed it immediately. The glasses of the shower were perfectly closing and after your stay the shower doesn’t close anymore… but, Anyway we took note and we will do as much as we can to fix the little stuff. Take under consideration that in Cademario more than 50% of population is over 75 years old and as we are on the mountain every home has a lot of stairs. Thank you for your feedback.
