Nice place to stay near the Lake Maggiore

The apartment is very adequate for 2 people. We did enjoy eating on the terrace while the sun was setting.The village is lovely and very calm, there is a nice footpath setting of the village climbing up to the Mount Clivio through the forest.

very nice apartment

We had a great time in your apartment. Its very clean and it´s enough place for 2 person.That was not our first visit at the Lago Maggiore, so we know a bit of the area. We have felt very comfortable. I have already recommended your site. We will come back :-)

Erg mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras. Zeer behulpzame en accurate beheerder. Zit in een mooi gebied, direct aan de grens van Zwitserland en Italië. In het dorp hebben we meerdere keren heerlijk gegeten bij Circulo. Ook de markt in Luino op woensdag is zeker een aanrader. Net als een bezoek aan Lugano. Wij hebben een prima vakantie gehad. We kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aan bevelen.

Abbiamo passato due giorni in questo BnB e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ambiente è pulito, curato e piacevole. Si respira una bella atmosfera. L’unica cosa da sapere è che bisogna portare gli asciugamani da casa. Per il resto, tutto perfetto. L’host è molto gentile, disponibile. Consigliato. Ci torniamo.

Dieses Appartement ist optimal für diejenigen, die sich gerne ein wenig abseits von touristischer Geschäftigkeit entspannen möchten und keine Probleme damit haben, dass die Gastronomie vor Ort sehr übersichtlich ist, und dass Wäsche und Geschirr per Hand gewaschen bzw. gespült werden müssen. Ansonsten bietet das Appartement saubere Zimmer und eine geräumige Terrasse und ist Ausgangspunkt für viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge bzw. Aktivitäten. Wärmstens allen empfohlen, die die beschriebenen Bedingungen nicht als Einschränkung empfinden. Wir werden jedenfalls sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Der Check in verlief unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut, wir haben alle nötigen infos erhalten und auch schöne Ausflugstipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und alles vorhanden was man braucht,auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Besonders schön ist die große Terasse, es ist herrlich Abends dort zu sitzen. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr freundlich und die Landschaft wunderschön. Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung, wir kommen sehr gerne noch ein drittes mal.

Nous avons aimés : l'arrivée en toute autonomie, les indications très claires, la communication avec Adriana, le fait que le logement était propre et très bien situé.Seul bémol (surtout pour nos ados) : le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi.Nous recommandons l'appartement et le village de Dumenza.

Netter Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter

Wegen Dauerregen sind wir nur wenig zum Wandern gekommen, hatten aber eine schöne Woche. Restaurant vor Ort ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Appartement hat höchsten 30qm, die angegebene Fläche bezieht wohl die Terasse mit ein.

Es ist über 40 m² groß und diese Größe beinhaltet nicht den Außenraum. Eine sehr kleine Studio -Wohnung würde nur 30 Quadratmeter betragen. Dies ist eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer. Wir stellen sicher, dass alle Beschreibungen und Fotos so genau wie möglich sind. ********************* We are pleased that you enjoyed your week, and that you went to the restaurant. The property is bigger that 30 sq meters. It is over 40 sq meters and this size does not include the outdoor space. A very small studio flat would be only 30 sq meters. This is a one bedroom apartment. We make sure all descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible.

Appartement très bien situé dans joli village au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dumenza. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux sites autour du Lac Majeur ou pour se rendre en Suisse.

Sehr schöne Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das einchecken war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben uns gut zurecht gefunden,die Verwalterin der Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich gut um die Feriengäste. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, zur Wohnung gehört eine schöne große Terrasse, dort haben wir uns am liebsten aufgehalten. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Ein Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt vieles zu sehen und zu unternehmen.

Prima plek, rustige en mooie omgeving, vriendelijke buren, winkel om de hoek. Uitstekend begeleid : de toegang, verwarming e.d. Natuurlijk kunnen smaken en wensen verschillen; de geur plaatjes in de slaapkamer kasten was voor mij een nare lucht, mijn partner vond het prima. Dekbed is voor 2 grote mensen wel smal. Séjour entre copines

Appartement sympathique, fidèle à la description. Très bien situé dans un petit village typique, proche des commerces : supérette, restaurant et bar très agréables. On peut se garer facilement grâce au parking au bout de la rue. Dumenza n'est qu'à 10min de Luino (gare, marché, bateau) et surtout proche du Lac Majeur, de la Suisse et du lac Lugano. L'appartement est fonctionnel pour 4 adultes, avec un grand lit et un canapé convertible, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse. La communication avec Adriana se fait sans souci. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !
