Fantastic apartment right on Madrid’s Gran Vía! This spacious and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of the city, ensuring you’ll have an unbeatable stay in Madrid. It’s perfect for adventurers, business travellers, families, and large groups. It’s very well connected by metro and bus, though you can also walk to Madrid’s main tourist attractions.

The apartment features all the amenities you need, including air conditioning/ceiling fans, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, memory foam mattresses and pillows, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The building has an lift. We guarantee you a wonderful stay!

The apartment is rented out in its entirety, so you’ll have access to every room.

The apartment is located on one of the corners of GRAN VIA, the capital’s high street, so you’ll be surrounded by restaurants, theatres, shops, supermarkets, and more. The location is unbeatable!

There are several public car parks near the apartment, as well as metro and bus stations. The closest metro stations are Santo Domingo (Gran Via exit), Plaza de España, and Callao. The closest Renfe train station is Sol.

On the day of checkout, you must vacate the apartment by 11:00 A.M. so that our cleaning service can enter.

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we ask that you respect the following rules:

🚫 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property.

• Only individuals listed on the reservation may stay at the property, including children.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. It is allowed only on the terrace, using an ashtray and keeping the area clean.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Use of the Wi-Fi connection is the sole responsibility of the guest and must comply with current legislation.

🤫 NEIGHBORLY BEHAVIOR AND QUIET HOURS

• Quiet hours:
Monday through Friday: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
Weekends and holidays: 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM

• Please be respectful of the neighbors and avoid making disruptive noise in both the common areas and on the terrace.

🧹 CHECK-OUT, CLEANING, AND DAMAGE

• Upon check-out, the kitchen must be left tidy, with clean utensils and trash removed.

• Any damage caused to the property, loss of keys, or failure to comply with the rules may be charged to the security deposit.
