This accommodation is located just steps away from Gran Vía in Madrid, one of the most emblematic streets that crosses the centre and which forms part of the most important points of interest in the city.

Combines architectural history with modern life, offering a wide range of activities for visitors, highlighting the well-known Madrid Broadway due to the concentration of theatres and cinemas; in addition to iconic references such as Callao Square, Spain Square, Puerta del Sol and dozens of bar and restaurant options.

The Apartment:

This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.

It has two spacious lounges. One of them has a double sofa bed and in turn integrates the dining area, while the second lounge stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa to share moments with the whole family.

It consists of four rooms divided as follows: the main room offers a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and also has a spacious loft accessible by stairs leading to a spatially designed workspace; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; the third room offers a cosy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that in turn has a double bed ideal for small families who wish to share the space; while the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with a toilet and shower tray perfect for privacy, and is also equipped with laundry appliances.

Additionally, the apartment has an extra bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have sufficient space for personal hygiene.

On its part, the modern fully equipped kitchen has a luxurious island with a glass-ceramic hob and a natural vertical wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.
This accommodation has WIFI, cot, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and 3 televisions (one in the living room and two in bedrooms).

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

Great apartment

This is a beautiful apartment just a few blocks off of Gran Via, a main shopping area in central Madrid. It was a very convenient location for getting to any point of interest. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The photos are very accurate. The management company, MIT House, did a great job and was very responsive. They have an office a short walk away, which was very helpful when we needed to leave keys for a part of our group that arrived later. I highly recommend staying here. One point of interest, which wasn't a problem for us, but may be something some guests want to know, is that this particular block, of all of central Madrid, appears to function as a "red light" district. There were working women, specifically the same ones, in front of the place every day. There's also a police station a block and a half away, so apparently this is either legal or tolerated. It didn't cause any issues for our stay and the whole area seems very safe, but just something to point out.
