30 minute walk to riverside quay (1.1 miles) and City Centre. A 10 minute walk to St. Leonards which has a village feel with a good selection of independent boutique shops, cafes / coffee shops, delicatessen, farm shop, fishmongers, pub.
A few minutes walk to Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) - a great location for anyone working at the hospital!
