Easy and friendly check in. The guy who took care of the apartement was very helpfull if we needed something. We did because the kitchen was light-equipped.The aircondition did not cool very well. So nice apartement - BUT the apartement was not placed at the spot showed on the map in VRBO. It was placed 10-15 minuted driving from Castellamare center. AND we did first receive the excact adress the day before arriving. So instead of walking to the Castellamare city - we had a lot of driving.

I'm sorry you have to say these untruthful things. To every client who comes to us, "who always leaves very happy," we send the location and many other information, as many times vrbo and other similar sites don't open the link. We've had the property with 5 apartments 1 villa for 20 years, always in the same location, unless year after year the feet grow and it moves... It was supposed to be something useful for you! We've always been close to you and everything you asked for, you had everything you needed in 1 hour or less. My house, as I've explained to you 40 times, even via messages, I invited you to read what's written in the ad, and it says that it's located in Alcamo Marina, 4 km from the main cities, such as Castellammare. But if you don't read the description, it's you who's wrong about the house, not us. If you put a distant location, it's logical that the distance increases! I explained things to you in person, and you said you understood, but apparently not. The ad says everything in detail, word for word, but since you don't speak English, how could you understand what's written in the ad? (Your website says you speak English, which you don't.)

Die Wohnung selbst ist toll. Dazu ganz nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Bei der Angabe der Lage des Objektes im Internet handelt es sich allerdings um eine Täuschung. Es befindet sich nicht in Castellamare del Golfo sondern in Alcamo Marina. Und Täuschung führt zur Enttäuschung.

Hi Rupert, I'm sorry to read this false review of yours. It was your mistake to read the property description, as the property is located in ALCAMO MARINA, and it's even mentioned throughout the ad. The house is located in ALCAMO MARINA, on the GULF OF CASTELLAMMARE, NOT CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO. The Gulf of Castellammare is a coastline that includes more than 4 towns, including Alcamo Marina (aside from the fact that it's only 6 km from Alcamo Marina to Castellammare del Golfo). The property has been located in Alcamo Marina for 20 years. If you can't understand the clearly written text, it's not my fault. I don't understand this review of yours.

Bon emplacement, mais...

La maison est propre, agréable, mais ce qui n'est pas mentionné, c'est que la plage (magnifique, sable blond, mer azur) est à 700 mètres, avec une rue en forte pente (et forte remontée), on ne voit la mer que quand on est debout, mais l'endroit est magnifique et le propriétaire sympathique. Très bons restaurants dans les alentours (A tunnara, Marino pizze) et belles excursions (Trapani, Segeste, Scopello, Castellamare del golfo...)

Hi Fabienne, I'm Dario, I'm sorry you have to say these false things, as the beach is a 2-minute walk away and exactly 200 Metres FROM THE HOUSE. I don't understand why you have to say these untruthful things. Surely you have the wrong place and for sure, if it had been 700 metres, I would not have put 500 metres less on the internet!! Evidently you don't know how to use google maps to see the exact location and the exact distance, because if you had seen it without talking unnecessarily, you wouldn't have written this useless review on the distance. Kindly I would like you to be more honest next time, because all you do is lie about my property that has been in force for 20 years, where it has always been 200 metres from the beach! Anyway, I can't complain about a fake review after you left the house in pitiful condition, from here it makes me understand everything. Goodbye
