Dirty and lots of unpleasant surprises

Pictures looked great, check in was easy and location is great. However we found lots of unpleasant surprises. Dirty storage / washroom all in one room. No blankets in both beds. The sofas are filthy, covered with throw blanket and pillows. Shower has no shower curtains, no rugs as well for the soaked floor after shower, its a fall risk. Smart tv does not work. The entire apartment is dirty. Location is the only plus. I paid xxxx cad for 3 nights. I thought was going to be luxurious for the price I paid. Would not recommend.
