This newly refurbished vacation home has just been built with luxury travel in mind. Providing a large space for our guests and their families to enjoy while visiting Rome. With Carrara marble, wooden accents and velvet detail throughout the property we hope this home becomes one of the many reasons why you will come back to visit Rome.

The space
This modern apartment features newly installed double-glazed windows and electric shutters along the street-facing side, providing excellent noise insulation for a peaceful and quiet living environment. The upgraded windows and shutters not only reduce outside disturbances but also keeping the interior comfortable year-round. With ample natural light streaming in, the space remains bright and inviting while ensuring privacy and tranquility in the heart of the city.

This luxury home consists of 4 large beautifully designed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, designer ArcLinea kitchen and a spacious living area.

All furnishings and creature comforts have been carefully selected by our interior designer to provide our guests with a boutique hotel feel with the added bonus of having the comforts of home. Enjoy a big family dinner sitting around the oversized dining table, or relax together in the comforts of the living room to wind down at the end of the day.

This property is equipped with an A/C in every room and gas heating (non stop) and smart thermostat to ensure good temperatures throughout the home and for your showers. Also has a 50 inch smart TV and free fast wireless internet throughout the whole home.

The beds: all of our mattresses are new and of assured high quality along with all the bedding finishes and cushions.

Work Space: Our guests will find a workstation setup in one of the bedrooms, for those looking to smart work. Equipped with leather desk cover, wireless charging desk lamp and a comfortable seat.

Kitchen: All Smeg and Bosch appliances throughout, large breakfast table, fully equipped for up to 10 people.

Property size is 180sq M / 1,937sq Feet.
Situated on the 1st Floor with Elevator.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
***EXPLORE THE CITY ON FOOT***
As central as you could be. Want to walk to all the sites, get enchanted by the old roman streets… this might just be the place for you.

The neighbourhood is buzzing with activity in this upmarket part of town and we will give you a list of places to visit before you arrive (bars and restaurants) to ensure you don't get caught in any tourist traps.

Only 200m away you will also find a famous bar where some say that they serve "the best coffee in Rome" :) But there are other bars even closer to provide great italian coffee and croissants. Sant'Eustachio and Roscioli bar are to be tried!

Campo di Fiori, Trastevere and the river are also close by for those of you looking for fun summer nights.

Getting around:
Walk, rent a bike, catch a bus, hail a taxi or order an uber. Getting around from here is the easiest part and we will even provide you with a map.

AT THE CHECK IN:
Please note that when staying in Rome, tourists have to pay a Tourist tax of €6,00 per person per day (for the first 10 days) [Applies to anyone over the age of 10]. Please search online for further information "Rome tourist tax".

NOTE: Credit card authorization form will need to be signed to cover potential damages during your stay.

*Please note that a Late check in fee of €30 applies for check ins after 8pm and €50 after 11pm.

*Check in/on Sunday €30
*Check in/on Public Holiday €40

NOTE: Our check in time is at 15.00 (3pm) and with the COVID-19 issue we cannot allow any early checkin as we need a four hour time to completely clean and sanitize the whole property before guests arrival.

*Please note that if hosts are charging less for cleaning, they are not following Covid-19 cleaning protocols correctly.

*Baby crib rental / high chair - €5 each per night

* If you arrive at the check in 45 minutes late €20 fee will be applied. Please call us 1 hour in advance if you are running late :) to avoid the late fee

Extra towels- €6 per guest but you have to order them before your arrival.

Extra Sheets- €10 per bed.

* If you dont have the correct money with you and the agent has to come back to pick it up, €10 applies.

1.Always keep your front door fully closed and locked when leaving your apartment.

2.Avoid disturbing your neighbours. Be considerate of the people that live in your building.

3 NO PARTIES. If things go missing or get damaged, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

4.Throw your daily trash in the main trash bins in the building entrance or on the street as indicated at the entrance of your building.

5.Keep TV & Music Volume low before 8am and after 10pm.

6.Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Rome is an old city and it has cockroaches, mice, rats and scorpions !

7.Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.

8.Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be due to what you are putting down there and you will be liable for the cost.

9.CLOSE your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.

10 PLEASE do not SLAM the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbours.

11 DO NOT attempt to make any calls using the apartments phone line. Any calls registered during your stay will be charged to you.

12. IF something is not clean enough or you have any technical issue with an appliance or TV ...PLEASE let us know so we can take care of it for you :) Our goal is for you to have a pleasant stay.
