My heartfelt thanks for providing us with a wonderful lodging experience to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. Your hospitality, attention to detail, and comfortable accommodations made our celebration truly memorable. We appreciate your efforts in ensuring that everything was perfect for our special occasion.
Once again, thank you for contributing to a fantastic birthday celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your lodge and look forward to returning in the future.
Glenshiel Lodge was perfect for our large family trip to Skye. The house and cottage accommodated 20 of us very comfortably. The kitchen is built for a chef. And in fact, we hired an in-house chef Ken from Ghillies Catering who was fantastic! The hiking around the lodge is phenomenal. We found that the hiking just over the ridge from the back of Glenshiel Lodge, was just as beautiful as some of the hikes we drove 30 minutes to.
The wood-burning hot tub was fun too! I would highly recommend for large family highland getaway.

The location of the lodge is perfect for hiking or touring some spectacular sites in the Highlands
The WiFi did not work and it appears that it hasn’t been available for some time. The freezer was half-filled with old food and meats. The lodge is need of some TLC but it was perfect setting for our large family reunion. All the beds had fresh linens and there was an ample supply of towels. And the surrounding area is lovely. We hiked the Five Sisters as well as the mountains behind the lodge, visited the brochs in Glenelg, toured the Isle of Skye and the beautiful village of Plockton and Applecross Bay.

Thank you Nanette, the lodge is under new management and all of these teething issues have been resolved. Whilst there was full catering available a selection of foods was kept at the property. We are glad you enjoyed the wonderful location!
