Apartment located in a Residence on the first floor, with private entrance. The house on the port is located in a central position to get to the historic center of Sirmione, with free and paid parking, in front of the entrance of the Residence. Once you enter the door, you find yourself in a modern, equipped and very colorful open-space kitchen. The living room with flat screen TV is located adjacent to the first balcony, from which you can see a clear view of the lake and one of the main ports of Sirmione. From the corridor you come to the first double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower box and the latest generation sink. The last room is a double bedroom with a French bed. All rooms, including the bathroom, are equipped with air conditioning. The furniture and finishes of the apartment are of the latest design, new and colorful. The apartment offers all the comfort perfect for a stay on the lake. The location is in the center of Colombare, easily accessible on foot to the two main beaches: Spiaggia Brema and Spiaggia Galeazzi, equipped. Bars and restaurants are located around the apartment.
