About this property

Villa Maspalomas Golf Court

- It is a family home (100% private) with 1,500 square metres of land, a house of more than 250 square metres, surrounded by a private garden.

- It has a private heated pool approximately 8 metres long by 4 metres wide. (The depth is 1.20 m in one area and 1.80 m in another.) In winter, the water temperature is maintained at around 24°–25°.

- The house has a private garden and a barbecue so you can enjoy the island’s wonderful climate.

- All living space in the house is located on the ground floor. Although the photos at
show an upper floor, it is actually an attic used for storing
supplies for future use.

There is a tennis club/gym a 5-minute walk away, and the golf course is right across the street. It’s a very quiet residential area. The southern part of Gran Canaria is quite small, and you can get anywhere in the south of the island in 5 minutes with relatively easy parking. The longest drive on the island takes 1 hour.

L hote était tres acceuillant , la situation de la villa parfaite a 7eur en taxi des lieux principaux, il faut compter 3 vraies chambres double , la chambre a l etage n est pas isolée de la lumiere .la villa est au calme tres bien agencée, et bien équipée
