The sparkling reflections off the sand, the crystal-clear waters, and the heady scent of the Mediterranean scrub surrounding the beach make Isuledda an excellent destination for families with children, couples, and groups of friends alike, as there are beach facilities equipped with a kiosk-bar, beach umbrellas, and lounge chairs.

Villa Isuledda Lux is spread over two floors and consists of two separate, elegantly furnished apartments: on the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, a study, a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a sunshade.
On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with one single bed, the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and a panoramic veranda with a sofa, table, and chairs. Amenities include: air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and mosquito screens.

Designed to let you fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, Villa Isuledda Lux is surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden, featuring an infinity pool with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. The view from the terrace will leave you speechless: you’ll see the islands of Tavolara and Molara, a protected area that showcases the uniqueness of the Sardinian landscape. From here, you can choose to visit San Teodoro (the town centre is 2.5 km away) or simply enjoy this slice of paradise in total privacy.

Villa Isuledda Lux can accommodate up to 10 people. Reserved parking spaces are available for guests arriving by car.
