Step inside Papakea J202, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers AC and flat-screen TVs in every room. This condo can accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with wall-to-wall windows, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large mirrored closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size and twin-size bed, a closet, dresser drawers, and a TV with cable. The second bathroom is right off of the second bedroom. The main living area also features a queen-size pull-out couch for additional sleeping space. The condo is furnished with island-style rattan furniture and Hawaiian prints throughout.

This entire condo has been completely remodeled with tiled flooring throughout, granite countertops, designer window coverings, stainless steel appliances, and almost all new furnishings. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin November 7th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around December 15th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

- Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months.
- Work will begin on the ocean-facing side.
- The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
