Located in the heart of Madrid's vibrant centre, the Cibeles Luxe are the ideal option for those seeking accommodation that provides comfort, style, and exclusivity in all its spaces.
In the Las Cortes neighbourhood - one of the most traditional and history-filled areas of the central district, known for its impressive architecture and extensive cultural and gastronomic offerings - are located points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Museum of Art and Architecture Exhibitions, the famous Cibeles Fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá, or the Retiro Park.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy just minutes walking from some of the most iconic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Moreover, it allows for an excellent connection with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting the Metro stations of Banco de España and Sevilla and the many bus lines that depart from that area.
The flat
This elegant apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift and can accommodate up to nine guests.
The spacious lounge, carefully decorated and with beautiful lighting throughout the day thanks to its three imposing panoramic windows, has a comfortable sofa and a living area with a single sofa bed.
Its spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to ensure comfort and convenience for our guests.
It has four bedrooms specially designed to ensure maximum comfort: two of them with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. On the floor, there are a total of three modern full bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom.
The apartment has WiFi and underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To be taken into account:
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause disturbing noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

Great apartment, very central, entrance by app only!
Great apartment, very clean and nicely fixed, it easily accomodates 9 people.Very central, walking distance from almost everything, best way to enjoy the city!One issue: entrance is by app only and we had a problem getting in... there was a problem with the battery of the automated apartment door and we were locked out! Called maintenance and had to wait for more than half hour for the guy to come and rescue us! He was very helpful, but still I would suggest an alternative way to provide actual keys... less trendy and very traditional but much safer!
