The most beautiful place to stay on Positano! Absolutely breathtaking views, the house is amazing - 4 couple fit perfect. The best thing about it is that Conny took such good care of us. Always there to help arrange transportation or recommend restaurants- she really makes this place amazing.

We loved our stay at this villa in Positano. The Villa was beautiful and roomy, perfect for our family. Conny was great and very helpful. The views were incredible. I highly recommend this Villa.

Amazing location with the most breathtaking view of Positano. Great host. This was the highlight of our trip. Def recommend!! Ur host met us, helped us find the villa, arranged our ride from the port and also to our next destination. Conny was a great resource for us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful place!

Family of 8 plus 18 month old stayed for 4 nights. The villa is beautiful. The pool was a nice bonus. Conny was very responsive for all of our needs that came up. Very spacious outdoor area with nice furniture and spectacular views! Tough to get around and taxis werent always available.

Amazing views and perfect property

I can't say enough how beautiful the views are here. The villa is spacious and well-appointed. The private pool is lovely. The bedrooms are very nice and the location is good. Be prepared for steps in Positano in general, but the Villa is incredible. Thanks so much to Conny for her attentiveness and answering all of our questions. It helped make our stay even better!

We will be back!

Loved our recent stay! The outdoor space and views are the highlight! Connie, the house manager, is also amazing and was so responsive to all of our needs and questions. The benefit of being on the property of Le Agavi was also valuable. We enjoyed the location of being outside of the center of town but close enough to take the hotel water taxi back and forth each day (for a cost each way). The villa is ideal for a large group that each needs their own bedroom space. We will for sure look forward to a future stay!

Fabulous Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Villa Maria Rosaria. Conny is an amazing host who checked several of my guests in separate from my arrival as they were already in the country. Her communication was excellent and she graciously coordinated transportation, reservations for our first dinner in Positano (Costantino ) and an awesome dinner at the villa. Having What’s Ap is very helpful. We had daily housekeeping service except on Sunday. The terraces are stunning and the funicular is a life saver. I highly recommend the coffee stand, at the main road, above the villa. Salvatore is delightful and is quite accommodating with coffee, snacks, beer and bottles of wine. It was a wonderful vacation!

The Perfect Positano Villa!

Although a bit of a hike to get to town center, the spectacular views, 4 outdoor decks with views, and spacious rooms more than make up for the slight distance to town. We walked down the stairs to town for dinner once and use taxis the other times. Will definitely return someday. Highly recommend.
