This is a lovely, big, comfortable house in an excellent position. It has the best equipped kitchen of any house we have ever stayed in. Everything is within a 5-10 minute walk from the door. There were 9 of us and two dogs and there was more than enough space for everyone. The Pendryn Distillery is next door but one so perfect for any whisky lovers. The masterclass experience there was excellent. The Ham Bone Food Hall is a couple of minutes down the road and is highly recommended. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this house again if we return to Llandudno.

The property was lovely, with very spacious rooms, and the bedrooms were particularly comfortable and well presented. One issue we encountered was that the room layout did not match the description. The listing indicated there was a seventh bedroom, which was not the case. This meant we had to change our sleeping arrangements, and one member of our group had to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the dining room. (The mattress needs a clean) In addition, the advertised double bed was actually a small double. The property was generally very clean. The kitchen was tidy, although some of the glasses were quite dusty. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket, which was a lovely touch. The outdoor area has the potential to be a beautiful and relaxing space, but unfortunately it was quite untidy on arrival and not as we had expected. We spent some time cleaning and tidying it ourselves, which made it much more enjoyable for the rest of our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the local amenities. Overall, we had a fantastic time, shared lots of laughs, and despite the few issues, we would happily visit again.
