We really overbooked this property, as it was only an older couple with their adult son, but it would be suitable for a MUCH larger group.
If you are coming from the US (as we did) be prepared for very narrow streets, but everyone was patient and considerate when we were backing into the parking area.
That said, if you are like us and like a hiking experience with close access to shopping (groceries, etc.) then this is your place to stay. There are plenty of places to hike on the Great Orme close by, and this is an excellent base for exploring the rest of North Wales.
The property was spotlessly clean and had everything one might want for home cooking, although there were so many options for take-out, that if you don't want to cook . . .
The hosts are great at communication without being intrusive. They leave a fantastic welcome basket, so if we had not stopped for basics before arriving, we would have been OK.
The house is warm, welcoming, and well decorated. It is NOT for people who have difficulty with stairs, as is true for many older houses, but it has been very well updated. The living spaces are well decorated and the bedrooms / baths are comfortable.
