Welcome to Tower View @ Ryedale House - A gorgeous 2 bedroom property with a balcony from which to admire great views of Clifford's Tower and many other York landmarks.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York's historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking. River View sits on the 3rd floor.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The apartment benefits from full professional, interior design throughout with great attention to detail.

The dining area can seat 4 for dinner and backs onto the stylish living area with comfortable seating and large LCD TV. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.

The master bedroom is a huge space features a king size bed, wall mounted LCD TV and a stylish chaise lounge. This bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with over head shower.

The second bedroom of the apartment features a double bed. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout. Both bedrooms and the lounge also feature patio door access to the balcony.

A second bathroom can be found in the hallway of the apartment complete with a walk in shower.

The apartment also has the added benefit of an allocated car park space onsite.

We had a lovely stay at tower view, Ryedale. The property was immaculate, clean and modern. Very quiet and no noise from anyone else in the building, and minimal noise from the surrounding area. Fantastic location- very convenient for accessing York city centre by walking and not having to drive anywhere. Would definitely recommend this property.

Another fantastic stay at Tower View, Ryedale House

This is our second time staying at Tower View, Ryedale House and it won't be our last. Excellent location within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see...York Minster, Clifford's Tower, The Shambles anfd a dhow syvthe Barbican etc. Beautifully appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and balcony overlooking Clifford's Tower which was lovely for having a peaceful breakfast or well earned glass of wine after a day of sight seeing. With easy booking and self check in, we were able to just drop our bags and go...we had a fantastic few days and were sad to leave...until next time! x

Stayed in the same property in 2022 and were not disappointed again. Great location for all of York on foot. Quiet and comfortable property helped make the week a great one again. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Very comfortable apartment for 3-4 people, 5 minute walk to shambles and lots of restaurants, 10 minutes to everything else in town. Good communication with and organization from managers. Seamless experience.5 stars all around.

5 ⭐️ Apartment

The apartment is lovely - well appointed, premium fixtures and fittings, comfy furniture and the bonus of a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods!). The parking is fine - not the biggest spaces, but not the smallest either. You can walk from here to the Shambles in 5 mins and to the minster in 10 so a really good location for exploring the city. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a good base in York.

30th Birthday Trip

The apartment is beautiful and excellently located. So clean and everything we needed was provided. Personal preference but I only rated down as the main bedroom bed is so solid and we prefer something with more squidge. The second bedroom had a lovely soft bed but again this is just personal preference. Would 100% book this place again and any other apartment with Stays York. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with outdoor space

Gorgeous apartment very modern with everything you could need. Spotless well equipped kitchen. Town centre a 5 minute walk . Supermarket 2 mins away . Brilliant news food place across the road with several different food companies under one roof. York minster about 25 minutes walk. York castle museum 7 minute walk. Parking facilities very safe and brilliant security x

4/5 star accommodation ?

Arrived at property 4pm,cleaner still in apartment. Finally got into apartment 410pm. There was a smell in master bedroom near dressing table. Can only describe as a dirty mop smell,and also a smell of SICK ? Opened all doors and windows to try and clear both smells. Took 2 days. This is not okay ! The rest of apartment was immaculately clean,EXCEPT for both bathrooms have a lot of mould,both BLACK and RED/TERRACOTTA in colour, on WALL TILES in GROUTING. Stays York have slightly listened to my email in MAY as MOULD on floor in walk in shower tiles has been cleaned,yet not the mould on WALL TILES. Not acceptable in a 4/ 5 star property ? Such a shame as it's a lovely decorated property,with parking, and just over 5 mins walk to town,YET STAYS YORK HAVE LET US DOWN Pillows in master bedroom,need addressed,they feel like there filled with COTTON WOOL BALLS and collapse/fold in middle, flat

A lovely decorated property

A lovely decorated property, almost like a show home. Nice view from Glass windows. A very warm apartment ,due to glass windows, underfloor heating and position of building. [ would be great in winter time ] There is one fan for 2 bedrooms, which helps slightly. Almost immaculately clean, EXCEPT for walk in shower. TILES which you stand on inside shower cubicle need a GOOD clean due to RED,TERRACOTTA MOULD in GROUT ,and some black mould in places. The apartment sleeps 4 people, yet the toaster is for 2 slice of bread only ,and kettle small only holds 2 cups of water. Microwave very big. Kitchen area small IF cooking a meal, but get by if cooking a breakfast. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. [ no capsules ] There is a balcony with 2 chairs and table which is lovely, but some of the cleaning been missed. Great that one of the bedrooms have a good size television. Nice welcome pack left for arrival ,and cleaning items. Good position,5 mins walk to centre ,and secure parking in a lovely building . Apartment smells amazing due to a few diffusers

Tower View

Quite a nice apartment, in a good location. Booking was easy, instructions sent beforehand with how to get the keys etc. Apartment could do with a refresh in places. The sheets and mattress protector were too small for the bed. The quilt was a light weight summer one, not warm enough for this time of year. York is a beautiful city and the people warm and welcoming, well worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay.
