Excellent Condo

We stayed in this condo in September 2017 and we were very happy with the amenities. The pool at the complex was lovely and the proximity to the beach and restaurants, etc was perfect. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to make excellent fish tacos every night. The other resources were great like the scuba gear, cooler, ice packs, etc. Comfy bed. Excellent!

Perfect location

Loved the property! Great location, across from a beach, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Quiet area. Centrally located to explore the upcountry, the road to Hana, and Haleakala National Park. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, and an umbrella we nice to have! Christopher provided clear instructions on checking in and out. This was an all around great experience.

very basic unit

Condo was poorly provisioned with basics like salt, pepper & sugar. There were no small plastic containers for storage or to pack a picnic in. It could use an upgrade. It was in a good location relative to the beaches.

We always appreciate hosting guests in our condo, but these guests were trouble from the beginning and I should have seen this one coming. Everything was an ordeal, starting with her trying to book the unit (which took no less than 15 back and forth painful emails) all the way to complaining about not having a carrot peeler at her disposal. Oh well, we win some, we lose some.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed the place mostly because of its location. It's within walking distance to the Kamamole beach ii which has a nice view of the sunset. Also enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony enjoying my breakfast and coffee. The condo is well equipped and cozy enough for four people max ( 2 adults and 2 kids)..

Sometimes there is no pleasing guests. We offer a nice, clean condo at a very fair rate. If you want the Four Seasons, by all means you are welcome to take out a 2nd montage and pay their rates. If you want a stylish and surprisingly spacious place to stay in the heart of Kihei, please stay with us! Um....it's not noisy.

Clean and cute!

Nice and clean with fun retro design. This condo complex is the best location in Kihei and this condo is away from the street enough to be private and quiet. Great restaurants in walking distance. This condo has a futon which is much better than a sofa bed. There is no dishwasher. We enjoyed staying here and would come back.

first time tourist to hawaii

Great place to stay rooms were clean , location is great! really close to the beach. I looked at a lot of online listings and reviews before I booked here trying to find someplace with a clean kitchen. I always look for a place to stay with a kitchen as I have food allergies and its hard to eat out. The kitchens are rarely stocked well with pots, pans etc. This one had it all! So nice to stay here I will be back!

Great location, great price, perfect vacation! The condo is so peaceful and quiet that we kept forgetting how close we were to shops and restaurants, all walking distance. Plus, there is the nicest beach right across the street! Would stay here again.

Perfectly located across the street from one of the nicest beaches on Maui, the Kihei Kai Nani complex is one of the smaller condo properties in Kihei, with nicely appointed grounds and open parking (so you're not walking 300 yards to the building like some facilities in the area).
