Imagine having all the luxuries of a 5 star resort but with the conveniences of home. That is exactly what you will get with our Oceanfront condo within the gated community of Punta Mita, Mexico. Punta Mita is just 40 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and is fast becoming a worldwide destination.

It is important to note that although many private owners advertise they are located in Punta Mita, UNLESS the property resides WITHIN the gates of the Punta Mita development (not the town of El Anclote, also known as Punta de Mita), you will not be able to play either of the Four Season’s managed golf courses (Pacifico and Bahia), use the tennis courts, fitness center or enjoy any of the Beach Clubs. Our condo, located in Hacienda de Mita, is oceanfront and WITHIN the gates of Punta Mita. At over 3500 square feet, we have 3 large bedrooms (plus a small bunk area), 4 ½ baths, and the ocean is just steps away. Each bedroom is well equipped with luxury pillow-top mattresses (Kings in bedrooms one and two and two queens in bedroom three).

The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 30 x 15 patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway onto the patio. It is exactly what you would imagine an oceanfront condo to be. Hacienda de Mita also has its own private beach club for the use of our residents only. It has an infinity edge pool, massage area, relaxing sofas and chairs and there is beverage service. Of course, the entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day.

The location of Hacienda de Mita is perfect. We are a few minute walk (through a secured gate) to the town of Punta de Mita where 'restaurant row', an assortment of beachfront restaurants serving wonderful cuisine in a laid-back, 'tables in the sand' atmosphere awaits. Most of the restaruants are directly on the beach.. If you prefer not to walk (or don't want to rent a car during your stay) we also have a six-seater golf cart which you can easily take anywhere within the gates (i.e Golf courses, beach clubs, fitness/tennis) or to the town of Punta de Mita next door. It is equipped with both headlights and taillights so you can travel safely at night.

If you‘re a golfer, your vacation just got better. Guests of our condo can enjoy either of the amazing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, featuring the famous 'tail of the whale' hole (a 170-210 yard carry to the only natural island green in the world).

Another special feature of our condo is the services of our full time housekeeper, Berta. She works 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and 9-1 Saturday and is also available to make breakfast, lunch or a snack during your stay. You pay just the cost of the groceries required for whatever you request she makes and a tip is customary at the end of your stay. With this service, you will not have to lift a finger during your stay and it will truly be the 'topper' to a great vacation.

There are four community beach clubs, listed below. These are within the gates and only for the use of guests staying there. Effective January 6, 2026 the development has enacted a Club Punta Mita Access Fee/Resort Charge.

A flat per-person fee will be charged once per rental stay, for stays of up to 30 days.
● Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge =$66.70 USD
● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge = $40.02 USD
● Children under 5: No charge

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee Includes:

The Pacifico Beach Club is the original Beach Club in Punta Mita and is for the use of anyone staying at a residence (not the Hotels) within the gated development of Punta Mita. It has a full restaurant/bar and 2 pools it is next to the Four Seasons.

The Kupuri Beach club is the largest and nicest of the beach clubs. It has a huge 50+ yard infinity pool, restaurant, kids area, multiple points of sale for food and beverages, spa area, gift shop and a lot of lounge chairs on the beach. Kapuri has the softest sand beach in Punta Mita and is excellent for boogie boarding, sea kayaking etc

There is a beach club in front of Sufi Restaurant at Play Fortuna. It is called Sufi Ocean Club. This club features an oceanside infinity pool and a ceviche bar. There are many lounge chairs and covered Cabana style beds in the sand surrounding the pool. The view is beautiful. Please note, that there are many rocks and boulders by the ocean here, so there is no access from the pool to the ocean. There is a pier here with a platform where you can launch a paddle board etc. and there is a floating “island” off of the pier.

El Surf Club is a beach club with access to the La Lancha surf break. It is the furthest beach club from our condo, but you can still go there in the golf cart and it is within the gates of Punta Mita. This club does not have a pool, but has many lounge chairs on the beach, restrooms and a restaurant and bar.

Lastly, the St. Regis Sea Breeze Beach club. The St. Regis is not included in the Club access fee. However, they do allow non-hotel guests to use their beach club, but they have a minimum spend requirement. It was $85 per adult and $45 per child as of Dec 2025 which they will credit toward food and beverage purchases. The St. Regis can change this fee at any time. It is best to have our concierge call ahead and make a reservation for you. They deny access if the Hotel is busy or for events. If you are planning to come during a busy Holiday time or spring break it is very likely that the St Regis will be difficult to visit.

Last but not least, guests have access to our concierge service. Whether it’s airport pickup/dropoff, a gourmet chef brought to your home, a massage, or activity tour, our concierge will be happy to accommodate you. We invite you to relax and enjoy in a place not often found so close to home.
