At Condo Los Arboles, guests enjoy a premium membership to the Punta Mita development, providing access to world-class amenities, including all the private beach clubs: Kupuri, Pacifico, El surf Club and Sufi access as well as the Punta Mita tennis club and fitness center. (fees apply)

Venture out in the complimentary 6-seater golf cart, explore the miles of beautiful running trails on foot, or take the complimentary community bicycles for a spin – all the while soaking in the warmth of the Pacific sun. While at the condo, relax on the expansive outdoor terrace that spans the full length of the condo, swim laps in the lovely complex pool, or slip away for a siesta in the beautiful, artisan-made hammock-built-for-two.

On booking a Vallarta Rentals rental contract will need to be signed.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
This condo is not suitable for Bachelor or Bachelorette trips or any parties. Minium age is 26 years old. Must submit guest identifiction upon signature of rental contract in order to register guests.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.
