Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure all windows including the skylights, are closed.
Please place recycleable items (bottles, plastic cartons, jars, paper and card) in the outdoor green wheelie bin. No plastic bags.
Please place general rubbish or garbage into plastic bin bags and then in the outdoor grey wheelie bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes, sandals, trainers or any kind of footwear that is worn outdoors may be worn in the home. No tools, cycles and outdoor equipment permitted.
All meals should be taken in the dining area of the apartment. No food other than sweets or snack-bars may be taken into the bedrooms or bathrooms.
For cooking and food preparation, please always use the provided chopping board, food dishes, heat resistant mats/trivets/stands/grills.

Wonderful stay and brilliant host

Absolutely great stay, lovely location and perfect for the Festival of Speed (would also be a great pot for exploring along this part of the south coast). The property was immaculate and communication with Koaim was great throughout the lead up to the stay.

Clean and tidy and very well organised host- Apartment is well situated in a quiet area we had a lovely stay Thank you for the milk, wine, bread, coffee,tea., butter and jam that were left for us. About a 12 minute drive to Goodwood Circuit so ideal base for us for the festival of speed.

England Trip

Finders nook is a very cute place. We found it very clean and the host had good communication with us. We do so appreciate our host leaving us some wine and some food as treats. Our host was very organized. We loved staying in the area and went to Arundel Castle and hiked to the priory and the windmill. .

The check in instructions and help from the owner were great. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. There was a food parcel provided which was a lovely touch and even included a bottle of wine, that we didn’t get around to opening . All the rooms were spotless and the living space was so well laid out for the four of us. Location was perfect. I could’ve stayed longer for sure

A Good Find

Despite a slow start when our payment wouldn't go through everything went well. Koaim reassured us he would step in if we had further difficulty with booking - but did not need to. There was lots of clear communication & he happened to be there to greet us. The property was clean, fresh & well stocked with toiletries etc. The 'welcome' items were much appreciated too. We would gladly stay here again. A lovely short break. Thankyou.
