Pump House at Woodstock Suites

This ground floor self-catering suite overlooks the garden. It is a studio with a super king bed, luxury bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area for two, LED TV with Freeview, Free WiFi and a hairdryer. The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath with a rain shower. Tea coffee and sugar provided.

Located in the South Downs, the hamlet of Charlton is one of the prettiest places in West Sussex, and Woodstock House has been part of its history and charm since 1740. We have lovingly restored this Georgian House and our collection of luxury self-catering suites to ensure our guests enjoy a great night’s sleep and a comfortable stay.

Our six suites cater for groups of up to 14 people to individual travellers.

Beautifully furnished, the suites have fully equipped kitchenettes for you to self-cater, cosy living areas, LED TVs with Freeview, free WiFi, modern bathrooms, luxury bed linen, and extremely comfortable beds.

Surrounded by woodland, meadows, and pastures Woodstock Suites is a haven for picnics, running, walking and cycling. It is within walking distance of Levin Down, a chalk grassland reserve and home to butterflies, orchids, and other beautiful wildlife.

Chichester Festival Theatre, Cowdray Park, the Goodwood Estate, golf courses, wedding venues and the Blue Flag beaches of West Wittering on the South Coast are all just a short drive away. There also are good rail connections from the cathedral city of Chichester.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location.

We booked the Pump House which was an excellent, self-contained flat with a kitchenette that was perfect for our needs. The hosts had excellent communication and were kind enough to offer us a late checkout. Overall a great stay and would certainly use it again.

Comfortable, quiet and well located for walks and attractions between Chichester and Midhurst

Comfortable (bed in particular), quiet and well located for walking New Lipchis Way (from Liphook to West Wittering) over four days. No 60 bus, which runs between Chichester and Midhurst every half hour, stops at Singleton. Prompt response to our request for a bulb replacement and second cafetière. Nearby Fox Goes Free does good food - just as well, as limited kitchen facilities make preparing an evening meal a challenge!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment in the middle of the most beautiful countryside I've ever visited. I wish I had been able to stay longer and hope to visit again sometime.

Lovely nights stay

We loved our stay in the Pump House. The bed was extremely comfy and large, the location was ideal and peaceful. The local pub The Fox goes Free should get a mention too. Its just round the corner and sells lovely food. Great atmosphere. We would definitely stay again if we are down this neck of the woods again.
