Great house with nice environment

We stayed one week in May 2023 in this house hand have good time. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Garden and terrace are nice to enjoy sunset and dinner. The localization is great with a peaceful neighbourhood, swimming pool very close and beach at 5 minutes by car. Finally Maria is a helpful and friendly person. Gracias!

A Charming Escape

Maria was the perfect host! She was so warm and welcoming. The property is beautiful! The home is elegant, spacious and tastefully decorated. Marble everywhere! It has everything you need and more. There is a large kitchen that we didn’t expect to use as much as we did. It came fully equipped with dishes, spices, coffee maker, etc. The backyard was the perfect spot to have our morning coffee. The community pool is a quick one-minute walk away and overlooks the incredible golf course. There are several restaurants nearby without having to go into Puerto Banus or Marbella if you don’t feel like it. We enjoyed Nomad and an Italian restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if Maria and her husband will have us. Thank you for everything!

Terrible, old, gloomy, very small bath, cold, lights partlybroken, rainwater dropsinto the kitchen.

The property is 45 years old, even the furniture,the water needs 3 to 5 minutes to get warm. The only bathroom is very small. The aircondition is out of order. For heating we had 3 electric radiators for 5 rooms. The lights in the kitchen were partly broken and completly at the way from the carport to the house. During rain the water drops through the ceiling into the kitchen. In the living room and the staircase you have webcams. Conclusion: in this condition the is Not ready for rent. It should be renovated urgently. We had to move and we did not get our money back.

Mooi huis op een rustige locatie

Huis is zoals op de fotos en ligt aan het eind van een doodlopend straatje. Zwembad letterlijk naast het huis..dit kan geluidsoverlast geven in juli of aug.maar in Mei/juni rustig. Het ligt wat hoger dus een auto is nodig. Dichtbij supermarkt en ongeveer overal 15 min vandaan zoals de old town en San Pedro. Ik vond het een super ervaring en de host is erg behulpzaam

Lo pasamos muy bien!

Somos una pareja belga-rumana (73/50 ) que se alquilo 5 meses en invierno. Positivo: La casa está ubicada en una urbanización privada de nivel, rodeada de mucha verdeza, casi integrada en el terreno de golf. El responsable (Miguel) y los 4 jardineros (eo Pepe) son muy amistosos. La vivienda es muy hermosa con muchas decoraciones personales. La sala esta amplia con mucha luminosidad y cuenta con una chimenea para leña.Tele con gran pantalla y el wifi funciona a la perfección. La cocina esta superequipada. Es una adosada esquinera con orientacion sur, lo que se traduce por un jardín mucho más amplio y casi totalmente cerrado, ideal para un perro. El porche cubierto está anexado a la casa, lo que es muy cómodo cuando llegues del supermercado y para aparcar el coche. La dueña Maria al lado es muy reservada y trata de solucionar inmediatamente problemitas (si ocurren). Menos positivo: Para entrar en la casa y mismo por dentro hay unos pequeños escalones. El cuarto de baño es pequeño, no dispone de bañera pero tiene un calentador infrarrojo. En la sala y los dormitorios hay calefacción eléctrica con enchufe, lo que no es tan económico (el alquiler incluye 100 euros por mes de consumo). Al lado de la casa hay una piscina: ocasionalmente se oye un poco la pompa en el jardín. La descarga de la cocina era un poco lenta, pero eso será remediado. Si me toca ir otra vez a Marbella, sin ninguna duda volvería aqui. Lo pasamos muy bien, no nos faltaba nada, mismo no el tiempo super.

Very cosy home

We had a very nice stay. The house is extremely cosy and well-equipped (in particular the kitchen equipment is outstanding). You see and feel everywhere in the house that it still is a family home and not only a rental investment. The terrasse and terrasse furniture is very pleasant, the garden very nice and the whole urbanization is of highest standard and very nice. However, we need to mention that you slightly hear the pool technique from the building next door – not a big issue for most people, but if someone is very sensitive, this should be considered

Huis op urbanisatie

Nette woning op een urbanisatie naast een golfbaan. Alles wordt buiten daardoor netjes onderhouden. Pre is om auto te hebben wil Je erop uit gaan of boodschappen gaan doen. Urbanisatie ligt hoog op een stijle helling. Voorzien van groot gezamenlijk zwembad met ligweide. 9 autominuten van Puerto Banus en 15 autominuten van Deportivo de Marbella. Keuken is van alles voorzien. Foto’s op Website zijn heel duidelijk en het huis is zoals foto’s laten zien.

100% Wohlfühl-Garantie

Wir waren hier zum ersten und garantiert nicht zum letzten Mal. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieterin. Das Haus entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den Bildern, in der Beschreibung. In mitten einer ruhigen Golfanlage konnten wir uns hier 17 Tage lang erholen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Im oberen Stock findet man 2 große Schlafzimmer mit geräumigem Bad. Ein Gäste WC ist direkt nach dem Eingang zu finden. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt und hat viele Extras. Es fehlte uns hier wirklich an nichts. EIn schönes Wohnzimmer und eine große Terrasse rundeten dieses Haus ab. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, besucht dieses Haus und genießt die Zeit bei Maria. Viele Grüße aus FfM. Wir sehen uns wieder.
