The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ermitage, in the most popular place on the island due to its micro-climate: sun all year long and sheltered from the prevailing winds, especially during the austral winter. The apartment offers a direct access to the beach (no roads to cross if you take the path along the beach) and the lagoon is sheltered by a coral reef. This comfortable apartment of 70 sq.m will delight you with its original architectural design and conveniences offered:
Completely equipped with dishwasher, internet access and air-conditioning.
A not overlooked terrace of 20 sq.m with view of the hills of Saint-Gilles on one side and the sea shore on the other side.
Capacity of accommodation for 6 people (bed of 160x200 cm in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed of 140x200 cm on the Mezzanine, and 1 sofa bed in the living room) with good quality bedding.
Secure parking and bicycle storage (possibility of using a booster seat and a trailer for children).
Shops are at the foot on the residence.
Let's not forget the Sunday morning market with its typical fruits and vegetables of Reunion and local craft work.
It is an idyllic place for you! Come and enjoy the sunsets from the apartment terrace or whilst walking on the beach!

Difficile de trouver les qualificatifs : fabuleux ! Propriétaires particulièrement fiables et attentionnés. Nous étions attendus, sans nous tenir rigueur de l'absence de réponse au message informant d'une arrivée précoce possible. Valises portées ! Super ! Descriptif tout à fait conforme, avec un appréciable cuiseur à riz. Équipement vraiment parfait : sac congélation et tupperware pour vos pique nique, c'est nickel. Tout est également prévu pour se cuisiner ses petits plats ou réchauffer les spécialités locales ! Appartement très propre. Son emplacement est tout simplement idéal : tout à pied ! Courses, plage, marché du dimanche à faire, restaurants - essayer le Métis Café à 50 mètres !! Parking sécurisé, un plus sans nul doute. Quant à l'île : magique ! Nous avons tout apprécié : ses reliefs, la barrière de corail - ses poissons accessibles avec masque -tuba juste à 50 mètres à pied - penser à des chaussons de plage pour son confort ! Le réseau routier est bien entretenu. Des paysages fantastiques : barrage de Takamaka, le Maido, le cap méchant, la cascade du grand galet- attention à la pente, éviter le weekend et arriver en milieu d'après midi. L'anse des cascades, la route Hubert Delisle, la route des plaines.... Pour les plus chanceux, ajouter le survol de l'île... vous donne les larmes aux yeux devant tant de beauté grandiose, alors même que nous n'avons fait que Mafate, le trou de fer .. Bref situation de l'appartement idéale pour rayonner ! Nous reviendrons

Emplacement idéal appartement très calme Le proprietaire a été très disponible , très bonne communication. Appartement tres bien équipé à deux pas de la superbe plage de l hermitage Une immense terrasse très agréable,clim,grand frigot, aspirateur, les palmes mises à disposition les salles de bains rénovées tout etait parfait ! .tout est à proximité: les commerces restaurants Pour resumer un sejour au top nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung!

Sehr gute Lage: Meer, Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Fischladen, Restaurants, Sonntagsmarkt ... alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausflüge leicht mit dem Auto. Also zentrale Tourismuslage und doch anderes sehr gut möglich ... Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig, individuell, große Terrasse praktisch nicht einsehbar ... gerne kommen wir wieder (Reunion alle 2 Jahre)

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien placé a l'Ermitage (proche des commerces et de la plage). Le logement était fonctionnel avec un balcon très appréciable pour les repas. L'hôte était disponible au besoin et sympathique. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un agréable séjour pendant ces 3 semaines. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour vos futures vacances.
