The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ermitage, in the most popular place on the island due to its micro-climate: sun all year long and sheltered from the prevailing winds, especially during the austral winter. The apartment offers a direct access to the beach (no roads to cross if you take the path along the beach) and the lagoon is sheltered by a coral reef. Secure parking and bicycle storage (possibility of using a booster seat and a trailer for children).

I and my husband, have decided to buy this apartment to enjoy the quietness and the happiness of a life close to the sea (our children are even more delighted by this than us!). Away from our work hours, we also want visitors to have a lovely holiday and the same experience.
What makes this property unique
All the conveniences provide comfort and relaxation, away from usual restrictions. The car is useless for those who want to rest and enjoy the beach.
