Large air conditioned T3 70 M2 with garden, view on the lagoon in a recent residence with private pool.
At the Saline baths, 800 m from the lagoon, shops and restaurants. You will appreciate the calm, the view.
You have 2 bedrooms with large beds and air blowers, silent air conditioning, a kitchen, a large veranda of 16 M2 and a garden of about 25 M2.
The kitchen is equipped. In the living room you have a TV corner and a dining area. But meals are mainly shared on the veranda to enjoy the view.
We provide linen (sheets and towels).
To relax and refresh, there is in the residence, a private pool, reserved exclusively for residents. Otherwise by car at 3 minutes, you are on the lagoon beaches.
