Perfect location to experience the beauty of Hilton Head Island. Premium Shelter Cove view in the Harbourside-III complex. 2 bedroom plus a sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished villa overlooking scenic Shelter Cove. This villa is perfect for your golf foursome. Each of you in your own bed and just minutes from world class golf. The second bedroom can be set up either as 2 twin beds or 1 king. Just let me know your preference. Villa is part of Palmetto Dunes which includes private, gated/secured parking, Palmetto Dunes shuttle (free service to beach and amenities within PD), private pool/spa area with updated/new pool furniture, professional quality outdoor grills, washer/dryer in unit, fully furnished kitchen, free Wi-Fi, Access to world class golf and tennis complex, and so much more. Villa has a private balcony/patio area with new patio furniture overlooking Shelter Cove Marina (see pictures). You can watch the famous Tuesday evening fireworks show (summer months) from your own villa! You can walk to the many fine shops and restaurants within Shelter Cove Marina. Please ask any questions as the owner previously lived on the island and can certainly give great recommendations for fishing charters (see pictures), restaurants, golf courses, tennis, etc.

Sunday to Sunday rental periods are appreciated but not required. I will give a 10% discount off your nightly rate for a 7 day Sun-Sun reservation.

Amazing! The property was very clean and beautiful

This property was all we wanted and more! The kitchen had more than enough supplies to cook all of our meals and enjoy them, as well as the view, from the patio. The beds were very comfy and all linens were clean and soft. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends or family!

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great time in Hilton Head! The condo was clean, in a great location, with a balcony overlooking the boardwalk and harbor! We could sit in the evenings and listen to music and watch fireworks! From strolling on the boardwalk, to the shops, and restaurants located right on the complex, you don't have to stroll far to find things to do! We went to the beach (free shuttle service to and from), played mini golf, ate wonderful fresh seafood, tried the local boiled peanuts, swam in the outdoor pool, went on a dolphin watching tour and made memories that will last a lifetime! We can't wait to go again!

Location, location, location. Beautiful marina view and all of the Palmetto Dunes amenities. Perfect mid-island location for all of your activities. First class Kroger store less than 5 min away. Many fine restaurants within a 5 min walk and all of the Shelter Cove Marina views.
