Spacious and comfortable apartment for 6 people located on the seafront, in the heart of Roses. Located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, it combines comfort with spectacular views. Its terrace is the main attraction: perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views of the Bay of Roses. Ideal for families or groups looking for space, comfort and a privileged location by the sea.
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible
COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 1.93 per person per night. Animals: 25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
