This has a lovely village atmosphere with no traffic, and children can safely run around. The house is connected to another house. The architect has designed the house in a modern style. The kitchen is a HTH kitchen. Buy fresh fish in the harbour. There is a 22 acres common area that includes playground, activity centre, badminton, table tennis, petanque court, fireplace, pedal cars and much more. You can also rent bikes. The location of the house provides a cosy village atmosphere free from annoying traffic, and children can move safely.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
