Cozy and well-maintained holiday home, with room for the whole family, located in the beautiful Bratten Strand, which in the summer is buzzing with life and a very special atmosphere. The house is close to the popular grocery store and playground for the youngest in the family, and on the beach itself there is the opportunity to take a refreshing dip from the bathing jetty. The house is furnished with three good, spacious bedrooms with closet space, and there is also a loft with two mattresses. If you want extra privacy or the opportunity to retreat to yourself, this can be done in the annex, which is from 2020. The house has a large and bright kitchen, which is connected to the corner living room, so those who are responsible for cooking can still join in the conversation with the rest of the family. There are 2 toilets. From the living room there is direct access to the house's good terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and follow the activities on the large, landscaped lawn. In the garden there is a trampoline and volleyball net, where you can have fun with friends and families. Please note that there is a charger for electric cars (type 2).A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
